20 Ways to Get Paid On-line

20 Ways to Get Paid On-line   1. Get Paid to Watch YouTube Videos Paid2YouTube is a site that pays you for watching YouTube videos. The only downside is that you have to be addicted to YouTube videos, as each one you watch only pays half a cent. As an hourly rate, that’s not very good, but if you were going to watch the videos anyway, what the heck? You can earn a bit more by contributing in the ratings, adding comments to the videos, and referring other people. 2. Earn Points with Viggle Viggle will pay you, in points, to listen to music and to watch TV shows. You can download this as an app on android and Apple devices.   Once you have enough points you can redeem for rewards such as gift cards, music downloads, and more. Viggle users have reportedly earned over $19 million in rewards so far. 3. Watch Netflix For Money The jobs don’t come up very often, but Netflix has openings from time to time for people to watch their movies and shows and make sure they are categorized properly. Netflix call these people “taggers”. The hours will be long, but watching the shows is in all likelihood what you were going to do in any case. Look for openings on the Netflix job board. 4. Get Paid to Watch TV Commercials If you register on HitBliss.com, when you watch TV shows, movies, and ads you earn cash – that is you “earn cash”, as the cash you earn can only be spent in the HitBliss store to rent movies, and is not paid out in money. Nevertheless, it saves you having to spend to rent the latest movies, so it keeps money in your pocket. 5. Get Paid $8/hr to Watch TV as a Professional TV Watcher You can be paid as a job to watch television. You have to be more than a couch potato, though. Professional TV watchers do things like watch different shows and identify clips that can be used in other programs such as “The Daily Show” or in the news programs. These clips must encapsulate the point that is being made. The amount you get can vary a lot. Jimmy Kimmel’s show used to offer $500 – $600 a week back in 2005. A job posting on EntertainmentCareers said that the starting pay would be $8 per hour, and that those who were employed would need to pay close attention to details. You can read more about it on InvestoPedia. Another website you can look at is WorkInEntertainment.com, another industry site, or you can look at the general job boards and search for the keywords “TV watcher”. 6. Get Paid to Play TV Trivia Games You can watch what you like, and then find questions about it on RewardTV. The website offers you trivia questions on all manner of programs, and by answering these you can earn rewards points. As with the other websites, points can be redeemed for gift cards, cash, or other things. And every day you play you get an automatic entry

16 Greatest Driving Alps Roads

Greatest Driving Roads - Transfagarasan in Romania   One of our favourite roads in Europe is Transfagarasan Highway in Romania. Many might recognize this as the road Jeremy Clarkson said to be "The world's best road" in one Top Gear episode (S14E01), dropping the fabulous Stelvio Pass from first to second place. The road, that was built as a strategic military route, has 90 km of twists and turns and steep drops and climbs. It climbs up to 2,034 metres altitude and is the second highest paved road in Romania after Transalpina, which is also a recommended road to include in your journey. Drive through tunnels covered

BLOG - Tips to Save You $500-$1000 Guaranteed

Tips to Save You $500-$1000 Guaranteed   What would you do with an extra $500? If you’re one of the many millions of Americans who spend an average around $1800 on online shopping, you could save that much, or more, using the tips and tricks you’re going to learn today. The Internet has made buying the stuff you want much quicker and much more convenient. But, while online shopping can definitely save you time, and it’s great to be able to purchase stuff in your PJs, it can also be pricey. Fortunately, there are many tried and tested things that you can do to save yourself some cash. Below, we’ve compiled our best online shopping hacks that will easily save you an extra $500 (or even more depending on your shopping habits) per year.  1. Change to Private Browsing With online shopping, you probably assume that everyone’s getting the same prices that you are, but, unfortunately, that is not always the case. Most online retailers have the ability to collect all sorts of information about your browsing habits, simply by using tracking tools, like cookies. Cookies are small files, which are saved to your PC, that function in the background, as you browse. These files cannot only monitor the sites that you visit, but also the duration and frequency of these visits and how much you spend. Using this data, retailers can then estimate how much you’re willing to pay – and if they think that you’re more likely to pay higher prices for the same item or service than someone else, then they will adjust the prices.   For example, if you frequently look at the same flight, then the Airline will be sure that you want to fly, and they’ll charge you more. Essentially, they will target you with higher prices for the things they believe you really want – this is known as dynamic pricing. One of the easiest ways to avoid higher prices is to simply use the incognito window or private browsing feature of your web browser, which will block third party cookies. You could also use a VPN or a proxy service, to mask the country that you’re browsing from. Another way to effectively prevent paying more is to use one browser to search for the items you want, and a different one to actually purchase those items. 2. Use Multiple Email Addresses to Collect more Coupons A lot of retailers will send out coupons that give you huge discounts via their newsletter. So, if you sign up to their newsletter using a number of different email accounts, then you’ll get more codes and save yourself, even more, cash. 3. Leave Items in your Cart Who knew you could save money by abandoning your shopping cart? Retailers always want to close deals. So, if you leave items in your shopping basket, they’ll often take steps to ensure that you follow through with your purchase. Often, they’ll send out coupons, discounts, and other deals that offer you a better price. Many retailers, like Macy’s and Bed Bath & Beyond, offer better deals if you leave items in your cart. Remember, that you must be registered with the retailer and be signed into your account when you leave you cart. 4. Combine Multiple Coupon Codes If a website allows you to use more than one coupon or promo code, then take advantage. By using multiple coupon codes and promo codes strategically, you can save yourself a great deal of cash. For example, if you have a promo code for 30% off and a coupon for $5, then use the promo code first and then the discount coupon second. That way, you get even more savings. 5. Sign up for Affiliate Programs Many online merchants, like Amazon.com, offer affiliate marketing programs. These programs will pay you every time someone purchases something through your affiliate link. Simply sign up to an affiliate marketing program, like Amazon Associates. Then, ask your friends and family to use your affiliate links when they buy something. You’ll then get paid a percentage of each sale. You could also have your friends sign up as affiliates, so they can get commissions when you shop through their link. 6. Request for Price-Drop Refunds It’s always frustrating when you purchase an item one day, only to discover that the next day, it’s on sale. Fortunately, some companies, like Amazon, will refund the price difference. All you need to do is contact their customer services, within a certain amount of days, and request a price-drop refund. Amazon, for example, will provide you with a refund if you request it within seven days from the delivery date. 7. Get Price Drop Refunds Automatically Who has time to keep an eye on prices of everything you buy, right? If you’re like me and can’t, or don’t want to, keep track of price drops manually, there is a fantastic tool that can help. It’s called Paribus. This tool automatically checks your Amazon account, and wherever it finds a price drop, it issues a refund request to Amazon on your behalf. All you have to do is link your email address to it. It does everything else for you. 8. Use Your Credit Card to Get a Price Drop Refund Many credit cards, like the Citi Double Cash Card and the World Elite MasterCard, provide price protection. This means that the bank will refund you the difference if the price drops, as long as it’s within a certain number of days. No matter where you shop, if your credit card offers price protection, you’ll be able to get price drop refunds. 9. Use Cashback Sites A really effective way to save money online is to use cashback sites. Sites, like eBates, will give you a percentage of your spending back, and many also provide discount codes and exclusive coupons, which you can use to save even more cash. With eBates, you can save between 1% and 25%, with the average saving is between 2 to 4%. 10. Always Get Free Shipping If you frequently purchase things online, then consider becoming a member of a free shipping site, like FreeShipping.com. This website offers free shipping for more than 1,000 online retailers. It also provides price protection and double warranty on the items you buy. FreeShipping.com offers a free trial, but once that’s ended it costs around $5.99 per month. If you purchase multiple items each month, free shipping services can really save you money in the long term. 11. Subscribe & Save If you frequently purchase the same items

Laponsko in zimo povezujemo z mrazom in polarno nočjo.

16 Greatest Alps Roads - 7/16 Klausen Pass/Swiss A

16 Greatest Alps Roads - 7/16 Klausen Pass/Swiss Alps PLEASE LEAVE YOUR COMMENTS AND YOUR EXPERIENCE     The Klausen Passis the first "major" alpine pass you reach driving south from Zurich, in fact, using the highway you can be at the foot of the pass in a little over 1 hour - it really is a passage directly into the heart of the Alps. The great thing about the Klausen pass, unlike some other passes in the Alps, is there is a highway alternative, therefore the traffic on the pass is really restricted to locals or driving enthusiasts, so never gets busy despite it's proximity to Zurich. Some History first.....the Klausen Pass is home of the legendary Klausen Run (Klausenrennen), a 21.5 kilometer pre-war hill climb. More recently a vintage event is run every 4-5 years, the last race taking place in 2006. The race (and of course the pass) consisted of 136 curves with a difference in altitude of 1237 meters (bottom to top). In 2006 the race was labelled by far the craziest mountain motor race in Europe with over 40’000 spectators and was honoured in Stoneleigh Park with the prestigious “Speed Event of the Year" award. Enough about the event - for those not planning on entering in their vintage car, here's a brief

50 Amazon Hacks That Will Save You a Ton of Money

50 Amazon Hacks That Will Save You a Ton of Money PLEASE LEAVE YOUR COMMENTS, OPINIONS AND EXPERIENCES   Today, we are going to share some Amazon hacks to help you save more money when shopping on Amazon. Amazon is one of those go-to websites, as it’s so convenient and has a great selection of products. It’s even better if you subscribe to the Prime program and can get the additional benefits of fast free shipping. There are a number of ways that you can save even more money when shopping on Amazon, and there are sure to be some here that you haven’t thought of.   50 Amazon Tips & Tricks for Saving More Money on Amazon Some of the hacks and tips you are about to read only apply to Prime members (which by the way, if you are a frequent shopper of Amazon, you definitely want to become one since it will save you a lot of money on just shipping fees alone), but there are also some that anyone shopping on Amazon can use to save. 1. Quickly and Easily Filter out Discounted Products Here’s a trick so that you can quickly find the best discounts… You have to add a code to the end of the URL, and that will narrow down your search results. The code is “&pct-off=” (without the quote marks) followed by the amount of discount you want to see. As an example, say you wanted to see only items which are discounted from 40% to 70%. When you do the search, go to the end of the URL and put in “&pct-off=40-70”, again without the quote marks, and it will narrow the choices. 2. Get an Automatic Refund If Price Drops There is even a website that you can register with that will track the prices, and put in a claim for a refund on your behalf.   It’s at Paribus.co, and it is easy and free to register with. You have to allow Paribus password access to your email account, and then it will review the purchase emails you receive and let you know if it finds and submits a claim. 3. Get Discounts by Not Checking out Right Away Here’s an interesting idea; Try adding items you want to your shopping cart, but then don’t go through with the purchase. After a few days, you’ll get a reminder email from Amazon, telling you that you have items left in your cart and asking you to complete your purchase. What sometimes happens is that Amazon will send you a discount code or promotion for something you’re buying, to try and incentivize you. If you don’t mind waiting to get what you’re buying, it might be worth trying this trick. 4. Get Paid to Shop on Amazon If you don’t yet shop through a cash rebate site, then you probably should. The most well-known is probably eBates, and there are others. Amazon doesn’t feature a lot on these sites, but you may get as much as 5% back when you buy through the eBates. Cash rebate sites work by sending buyers to retailers, earning a commission for the rebate site. The rebate site then splits the commission, giving you some of the money they receive. 5. Green Isn’t Always the Color of Saving! You may not have noticed, but items that are available in a variety of colors sometimes have a different price on different colors. If you are not particular what color you buy, you may find you can save 10% simply by choosing a less popular color. 6. Get a Refund If the Price Drops Amazon is always changing prices, and if the price on something you buy falls in the following week, you’re entitled to a refund of the difference. You can claim this in one of several ways, including email, chat, or on the phone. Note that this only applies to items sold and shipped by Amazon. Amazon also provides a selling outlet for many third-party suppliers, who would have their own price match policies, if any. 7. Get an Additional 5% off by Using Amazon Store Card You can get an Amazon Store Card which gives a permanent rebate of 5% on anything you buy. Unlike other credit card rebate plans, you don’t have to opt in to a category that changes, and it covers all items all the time, not just selected types of goods. Of course, as it is a store card it has a high-interest rate, so you should make sure that you pay it back each month as a priority. 8. Get a $20 Amazon Gift Card Free, Instantly Going for that Amazon store card not only gets you 5% off on anything you buy, but it also earns you a free $20 Amazon gift certificate that gets added to your account instantly. 9. Get Free Amazon Gift Cards There are tons of ways to get free Amazon gift cards. One easy way is to use Swagbucks. Sites like Swagbucks pay you for watching videos and trailers, shopping, signing up to websites–basically, things you already do online. It is free to join, and you can get your earnings in the form of instant Amazon gift certificates right in your inbox. 10. Share Your Prime Account Don’t pay twice to get the benefits of a Prime account for both you and your partner. Amazon allows you to share your Prime account with another adult in your house. They will get full benefits, including free two-day shipping. 11. Don’t Miss Exclusive Prime Discounts on Hardware Prime has the additional benefit that Amazon will often send out exclusive discounts for members, even on hardware that hasn’t been released for general sale. This happened for both the Fire TV stick and for Amazon Echo, which were initially offered for 50% off the MSRP to Prime members. 12. Get 1 Month of Free Prime When 2 Days Shipping Is Late By the way, if Prime fails you and doesn’t get you your order within 2 days, you should contact customer service. They would usually offer you an extra month of Prime for free, or sometimes they’ll just give you a credit. 13. Get Prime for Free If You’re a College Student As long as you are a college student, did you know you could get 6 months membership of Prime for free? Actually, it’s not the full Prime membership, as it doesn’t include Instant Video, but it does get you free two-day shipping on everything you buy. If you want to get full membership, then students qualify for 50% off the normal rate right up to graduation. You can even get a referral credit of $10 for every friend you bring into the plan. 14. Convert That $0.22 Leftover Prepaid Gift Card to Amazon Gift Card You’re welcome to buy Amazon gift cards at any time, but did you know you can use your old prepaid gift cards from other stores to buy Amazon cards? This is particularly helpful if your old card is due to expire or is one of those that is devalued over time. The minimum required for converting is $0.15. Here’s how to convert your gift cards to Amazon GC… First, check the balance of your gift card (usually there is a number on the back of card that you can call) Login to Amazon and click on “Your Account” Click “Purchase a Gift Card” under “Payment” Choose to send via email (so you can get your code instantly) Then simply enter the balance of your card and hit submit. You will receive your Amazon code within seconds in your email. To use it, simply go to your account and click on “Apply a Gift Card to Your Account”. The great thing about this little trick is that your Amazon code will never expire. So you can keep it in your account and use it whenever you actually need it. 15. Get 1 Free Book Every Month from the Kindle Lending Library You may know that Amazon has a program called Kindle Unlimited which costs $10 per month, which allows you to borrow any books that are in the program, which is quite a lot of the ones available. But as a Prime member, you can use the Kindle Lending Library without joining Kindle Unlimited, and you are entitled to one free book download a month. There’s also a program called Kindle First, which gives Prime members access to books that have not

41 Quick Money Making Ideas That Actually Work

41 Quick Money Making Ideas That Actually Work   Once in a while, we all find ourselves in a place where we need a little cash quickly. Thankfully, there are a lot of ways to earn an extra $50 or $100 here and there. I have complied a list of quick money making ideas that you can use to earn an extra 10, 20, 50, or even 100 dollar fast.  1. Swagbucks Wouldn’t it be nice to get paid for doing things you already do online? Swagbucks pays you for doing what you already do online — watching videos, shopping, playing games, signing up for websites, etc. It is a great way to earn a good amount of income on the side in your free time. You can easily earn an extra $50 a month or so (although there are some people who manage to make way more than $50 a month.) To increase your earnings, refer your friends and family. You get paid for every person you refer to the site. By the way, visitors of MoneyPantry get a $5 sign up bonus now. Use this link to Get Your $5 Sign up Bonus! 2. BookScouter If you ever asked yourself “how to make 50 dollars in an hour”, this is how.   This is probably the easiest way for anyone to make quick cash. It is so easy that even a 13 year old kid can do. How many old and unused books you have sitting in your basement or bookshelves getting dusty? Plug them into BookScouter and instantly see who, out of 40 or so book buy back sites, will pay you the most for each one. All it takes is entering your book’s ISBN and hitting enter. Click on the highest paying offer, visit the site and request a free prepaid shipping envelope to send your books in. In a few days, you will receive your money. You can take this one step further and make it a nice side business that earns you extra cash month after month. I wrote a detailed guide on how to buy and sell used books here. 3. MY BLOG - 75 Legitimate Ways to Make Money at Home

75 Legitimate Ways to Make Money at Home PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR COMMENTS, EXPERIENCES, OPINION......   We can’t all get a second or part-time job to make more money. For those who can, it’s great! But what about the rest of us? Pregnant women, stay at home moms/dads, short/long term disabled folks, new and nursing moms, and of course the millions who can’t find a job much less a second one? The good news is, we have options, too! Thanks to the internet and technology, you can earn a little side money anytime from almost anywhere – at home on your couch, doctor’s waiting room, airport, while waiting in line… . Before the days of the Internet, making more money meant doing one of these things: getting a second or a part-time job cutting grass baby sitting waiting tables washing cars cleaning houses etc Thankfully, today there are a wide variety of ways to make more money. You know what’s the best part?   The best part is that you already have the skill and knowledge that’s required for most of these opportunities. Sure, you won’t get rich, but you will make enough money to make it worth your while. Now, for those who don’t mind going the extra mile, some of these options can lead to earnings that can actually surpass what a teenager may earn working at a traditional fast food job. Lets get started…  1. Help Nielsen Make the Internet Smarter Nielsen (yes, the same company that tracks TV ratings), will actually pay you to install their app on your cell phone or PC. And they’ll pay you for as long as you keep the apps installed. Why would they pay you for that? These apps gather data that helps companies better understand how people like you and I use the web both on traditional PCs and Mobile devices. These are things like how long people brows a website, what kind of search term they use to find the site, what time of the day they use the site, etc. As an active member, you can win up to $1,000 each month! Plus, you can earn more by participating in their surveys. 2. Ditch Google for Bing Google is the giant when it comes to the search and that means millions of dollars for the company. That’s why Microsoft is trying to increase the usage of their own search engine, Bing. And to get more users to search using Bing, Microsoft is now willing to pay you every time you do a search on Bing. All you have to do is sign up with BingRewards, then simply use Bing to do your daily searches. Each search earns you rewards that can be cashed out for gift cards (including Amazon). You can sign up with BingRewards here. 3. Watch Videos via Inbox Dollars If you’re one of the millions who watch online videos almost everyday, this is for you. InboxDollars pays you for watching videos on their site. The catch? The catch is that these videos have ads! Advertisers pay InboxDollars to put ads in the videos and that’s how ID is able to pay people for watching these videos. I’m sure you see ads when you watch videos on YouTube, but you don’t get paid, but here you do. The earning doesn’t end there, there are tons of other ways to make cash on InboxDollars – taking surveys, playing games, shopping, doing offers, and much more. The best part is that they’ll actually give you $5 free just for signing up. Sign up here to get your $5 bonus. 4. Make Money Online with Swagbucks Since you’re reading this, it’s safe to assume you’re internet savvy and know your way around. You probbaly read your emails a few times a day, watch a few videos, visit a few interesting sites, shop… Wouldn’t it be great if you could get paid for doing these things that you already do anyway? Well, there is a company that does pay people for doing exactly the things you do everyday online. It’s called Swagbucks, and millions of people (probably some of your friends and family, too) are already using it to earn some extra cash. Swagbucks is an online reward site, one of the very few sites in that category that gets an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. They have paid their members $94,247,401 in free online gift cards, to date. You can make money doing almost anything you do online, including: Searching the web Playing games Shopping (you earn cash back) Taking surveys Doing easy tasks like website testing Answering polls I’ve been using SB for over 6 years now and I have earned more gift cards that I can count. It’s an easy and fun way to earn a little money without doing much but the usual stuff you do online already. By the way, if you join Swagbucks now, you’ll get a $5 sign up bonus. 5. Write an Article or Two for These Sites Content sites will always on the look out for well-written work, and don’t mind paying good money for them. Here are a few good sites that’ll pay you decent money. TopTenz They publish “Top 10” style articles–Top 10 Ways to Save Money, Top 10 Cities to Live in, etc. They’ll pay you a minimum of $50 for every article you submit that gets published. The Dollar Stretcher They’ll pay you $50 for a 500 word article. They like articles related to personal finance. WOW! Women On Writing This is a global magazine that is centered around women’s issues. They pay between $50 to $150 for each article you write. Matador Matador is an independent travel publisher, and as you might have imagined, they accept articles related to travel. Their standard pay for a single article is $40, however, longer and more interesting articles are paid way more than $40. Scary Mommy This is a parenting website with tips and guides for parents. You can make up to $100 per article. 6. Earn Cash Buying & Selling Used Books via BookScouter We all have books we know we are done with. Now you can have your books collect cash for you instead of dust! BookScouter searches over 40 book buy-back sites to find you the one that pay the most for any given book. Simply visit the site, enter the ISBN number of the book, and the System will automatically tell you how much your book is worth and which site pays the most. If you like the number, you’ll send the book to that site via a prepaid envelope, and receive your money a few days later. You can actually scale this up by finding cheap or even free books from family and friends, garage sales, thrift stores, etc, and selling them for high prices with the help of BookScouter. I know one person who has built a reliable small side business doing exactly that. 7. Sell Your Closet Well, not literally your closet, but the content of it! Ok, not ALL the content, just the ones you don’t need or want anymore. If you’re even remotely like my girlfriend, then you have a closet (in her case, a room designated as one) full of clothes that you no longer wear. Good thing you can sell them on a site called ThredUp. They’ll pay you $2-$30 for items from major brands such as Banana Republic, Gap, J.Crew, and many others. Simply put your clothes in a box, ship the box, and get your cash. For a faster alternative, you can try local consignment stores such as Plato’s Closet where they’ll pay you cash for your brand name clothes right there on the spot. 8. Take Online Surveys via SurveySavvy This is arguably one of the most popular ways to make money online. The popularity of paid surveys should not surprise you as the market is driven by a conventional demand. Manufacturers and companies are always keen to know how their products and services are doing in the market, and they are ever ready to pay handsome money to research companies to gather this information. The market research companies, in turn, will pay you for offering such feedback. The explosion of Internet only serves to expand this market further, and make available paid survey works at a more regular frequency. And while there are tons of survey companies that will pay you, I prefer a few, mainly because of their higher-paying surveys, faster payments, and their good standing with the BBB. A few survey sites you can try are: MySurvey Ipsos Valued Opinions 9. Get Paid to Find Coupons If you’re anything like me, before you buy anything online you open another tab and search for coupons. That’s great. You save a little money. But what if I told you not only can you save money, but you can also make money for finding those coupons? I’m serous! There is a company called CouponChief  that will actually pay you for sharing your best coupon with other members of the community. Here is how to get started: Visit Couponchief.com/pays2share. Fill out the registration form to become a member (it’s free) Then, click the “Submit A Coupon” tab on the right side of your dashboard to submit your coupon(s). For every member that uses your coupon, you earn cash. Once you have enough cash in your account, ask for a payment. Receive your cash in your PayPal account. 10. Get Paid to Shop via eBates If you shop online, you’d be crazy not to use a site that gives you cash back for shopping through them. I mean, if you’re going to buy something anyway, you might as well go through a channel that gets you some of that money back. And eBates is by far one of the best cash back reward sites out there. You can earn cashback on almost anything you purchase, from food and clothes, to electronics, tools, and everything in between. Signup with eBates here to get a free $10 gift card. 11. Fatten Your Wallet by Slimming Down We all know that every single year, the top new year resolution is losing weight/getting in shape. We also know that a few weeks into the new year, most of us have already forgotten about that resolution. Maybe what we all just need is a little more motivation than just looking awesomely sexy–perhaps some of that green may do. Well, you’d be happy to know that there are a few companies that’ll actually pay you for getting in shape/losing weight. HealthyWage and DietBet are two companies that’ll let you place bets and earn cash if you actually do lose weight. You can sign up for free. Then install their apps and start placing bets. Reach your goal and you earn money (money comes from all of those who didn’t reach their goals). 10. Answer Some Trivia Questions We all watch TV, but wouldn’t it be great if you could actually make some money from your favorite shows? It would be great, and whats’ even greater is that there actually is a site that pays you for answering trivia questions about the TV shows you watch. It’s called RewardTV. You earn rewards by answering trivia questions about all kinds of TV shows–Game of Thrones, Mad Man, SNL, Vikings, and so on. If you’re looking for an extra $10-$20 a month while having fun, signup with RewardTV and start earning. 11. Scan Your Groceries There is a new app from one of the market research industry’s giants, Nielsen, that pays you to scan stuff you buy at the supermarket. Join the site and install the app. Then you can either request a free scanner that they’ll send you, or you can use your smartphone to scan the barcode off of the grocery items you purchase. You earn rewards every time you scan. You can then redeem your earnings for all kinds of stuff–electronics, household merchandise, toys, and even jewelry. Long time participants also earn entries to sweepstakes with prizes that include cash, brand new cars, vacations, and more. I you like to try it, visit the site first, register yourself for free, then install their app and start scanning and earning. 12. Review Movies This would the best job for anyone who loves movies. Unfortunately, finding one that can get you consistent gigs is very hard to do. The closest you can get to being paid for watching movies is through market research companies that conduct studies about movies and TV shows, where you watch a show or a movie (normally just some parts of it), and then answer a few questions about it. I haven’t been able to find a market research company that is only dedicated to those studies. However, from my experience, SurveySpot is one of the survey panels that conducts the most movie related surveys. 13. Take Pictures on Your Cell There is an app called Foap that pays you for the pictures you take using your smartphone. Simply install the app and register yourself with Foap (which is free by the way). Then upload pictures you snap on your phone to Foap’s marketplace. Every time someones buys one of your pictures, you make $5. So, a single picture can earn you an unlimited amount of cash, and that’s all passive income. Once you take the picture and upload it to the site, you don’t have to do anything else, but collect your money. Keep in mind though, your pictures have to be quality and they must get approved by the Foap team before it gets added to the marketplace. 14. Be an at-Home Politician If you care about social and political issues, you are going to love this. There are a few sites that offer work at home opportunities that are right up your alley. Two of the most well-known sites are the DDC Advocacy and the Next Wave Advocacy, LLC. They organize political campaigns related to the day’s issues to raise awareness and push for new laws. They then pay people like you and I to call constituents or advocates who may also be interested in the issues at hand. You’ll call these people from home and basically help them call or write to Members of Congress. You’ll be working somewhere between 20 to 25 hours each week and earning between $12 to $15 an hour or so. 15. Listen to & Rate Music If you are a music lover (who isn’t?), you’ll also love this opportunity. There are a few sites out there that’ll actually reward you for listening to all kinds of songs and music in a variety of genres, and rating them. That’s all there is to it! Needless to say, you won’t much, but it’s a great way to earn a few dollars enjoying music, and best of all, discovering new artists you may have never listened to before. MusicXRay is one site that you can earn potentially $1 for every song you rate for them. 16. Give Advice If you are the one in your circle of family and friends who people turn to when they need advice and help with everyday stuff, you could make some extra money by becoming a paid advice giver. Ammas is a site that pays experts and everyday people with a wide variety of knowledge to share their knowledge and know-how with other people. 17. Get Paid to Tweet If you’re active on Twitter and have a lot of followers, this the gig for you. PaidPerTweet is the site that you can sign up with for free and earn money by tweeting messages from their advertisers to your followers. The pay varies from a few dollars to upwards of thousands of dollars per tweet. Obviously, the more well-known you are and the more reach you have, the more are paid for each tweet. 18. Get Paid to Click This is one of the oldest and most famous ways of earning pennies online. I don’t really recommend this since the amount of money you earn for spending so much time clicking on links is just too little to make this worthy of your time. But since this post is about available money making options, I am including it here. Basically you are paid pennies for clicking on ad links. The page opens up and you keep it open for a few seconds and you earn your cash. Not much work, but not much earning potential either. If you’re interested, check out Clixsense. 19. Let Your Computer Pay Your Internet Bill Gomez PEER is a research company that pays users for installing their app. This app, then gathers information as you browse the web. It doesn’t

MY BLOG Awesome Ways to Make Money Without a Job

60 Awesome Ways to Make Money Without a Job   Whether you like it or hate it, money is an absolutely vital force in today’s world. However, the job market that we rely on to make that money is in worse shape than ever. A struggling economy has lead to a severe lack of jobs, and now we find both the young and old alike struggling to find opportunities to earn money. People who have enjoyed relative security throughout their lives have now found themselves having a hard time getting small bills paid, and people who are just emerging into the work force are finding themselves short on opportunities, and often reliant on their parents (which makes the whole problem worse, in the long run.)  However, the modern age has also brought with it an invaluable resource that is capable of assisting people regardless of what position in life they’re in. That valuable resource is none other than the internet that you’re using right now. There is an untold amount of money waiting to be made on the internet. For some, it won’t quite match up to the money that they have made in the past, or perhaps even what their peers are making now. But there are opportunities for money, to be sure, and we’re going to be talking about those today. Can I Make a Living on the Internet? The amount of money that you can make on the internet is really only limited by what you can do, how familiar you are with doing it, and whether or not you’re comfortable promoting yourself.   Like any job opportunity, you’re going to need to sell yourself like a product. Otherwise, there’s no way to catch the eye of an employer or contractor. That is, unless you’ve built up a reputation for yourself, of course. The most popular bloggers on the internet are potentially making 7 figures in a year, so you can imagine that the bar is set quite high in terms of what is possible. On the flip side, there are people working on the internet in 3rd world countries who are making a dollar an hour. Disparities in income are the same on the internet as they are in real life: it’s a matter of supply and demand. However, there are plenty of opportunities for those of us that need to make 1st world cost of living wages. In general, a freelancer will be making about 75%-80% of the wages that their traditionally employed counterparts are making. However, it’s work on the internet, which means work from home (or anywhere with an internet connection,) and for some, the dip in wages is worth it for that alone. For reference, we may be mentioning sites like oDesk and eLance. These are websites that are hubs for freelancers and contractors to come together and seek out each other’s services. A lot of the opportunities on this list will be available on these sites, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t find the opportunities in other places. A Quick Reminder Before we begin, please remember that this list is designed with a wide variety of people in mind. It is incredibly unlikely that every option on this list will be a good fit for you. However, we have compiled a very large list, and there should be more than a few ways for you to make money below. Try your hand at as many as you like, and if you fail, don’t be discouraged– the internet is a place of boundless opportunity! Nobody will hold your failures against you and you’ll be free to try something new as soon as you want to. Earning Money Without a Job on the Internet We are going to list over 60 ways that you can make money without a traditional job. First, we’ll provide a list of opportunities that are internet-friendly. Then, we will move on to opportunities available offline. 1- Do Online Surveys This one’s for when you want to earn rewards in return for a little bit of mindless work. Usually, survey sites will be one of those “roundabout earnings” we talked about earlier, earning rewards in the form of gift cards. However, some survey sites like Opinion Outpost or SurveySavvy will allow you to redeem your points towards PayPal and gift cards, which are essentially hard cash. It is recommended to use a site that allows exchange for PayPal, since that’s the concrete form of money you will get for a small task like this. Sites to Use: OpinionOutpost SurveySavvy SurveySpot Valued Opinions 2- Get Cash from Class Action Lawsuits Yes, you can get free money from the hundreds and thousands of class action lawsuits that are brought on companies every year. But how do you find these lawsuits, and what if you don’t even have a proof that you have used the said company’s product or service which qualifies you for the settlement? Good news is that there are sites out there dedicated to listing all the class action lawsuits that are still open. And the better news is that many of these cases don’t require a proof of purchase. For example, if you have ever drank RedBull, you get up to $15 through a class action lawsuit brought on the company because of their slogan “RedBull Gives You Wings”. Sites to Use: ClassActionRebates.com EnergyDrinkSettlement.com 3- Sell Old Books I have personally done this many times. The beauty of this method is that most of us already have lots of books that we no longer need or use. Selling them can be a great sources of extra income. And if you want to take a step further, you could hit your local thrift shops, buy used books for pennies, then sell them for $5, $10, and even up to $100 or more depending on the book. What makes this process even easier is the existence of sites and apps like BookScouter. Simply install their app, then scan any book’s ISBN with it, you will instantly be given the highest prices you can sell that book for online. BookScouter searches over 40 buy-back-book sites to find you the highest price. Sites to Use: BookScouter Cash4Books 4- Get Paid to Test Websites User testing is a real thing! In order to test the functionality and user friendliness of their website, many businesses pay people to simply visit their site and test the various functionalities of it. Of course finding clients on your own is almost impossible, which is why sites like Usertesting are there. You can sign up for free, then whenever they have a new site to be tested, you will be notified. You visit the said site, then report back with your experience. The pay differs from site to site, but Usertesting pays $10 flat for every site review you complete. Sites to Use: Usertesting.com StartUpLift TryMYUI 5- Participate in Mock Trials There are websites that conduct mock trials on behalf of their clients, which are mostly lawyers. These lawyers want to know how their case is going to go in the real trial. So, to get a sense for it, and adjust their strategy accordingly, they use mock trial sites to present their case in front of an online jury. You can get paid to become a jury in such trials. Sites to Use: eJury OnlineVerdict.com Trial Juries 6- Start a Blog For those of us that don’t know, blogging is when you write for your own website, usually posting articles, recipes, reviews, or commentary (with the website itself being the “blog.”) Think of it like writing articles for a newspaper that you’re the sole proprietor of. Believe it or not, blogging is actually a very strong opportunity for making money, as we mentioned up above regarding the top bloggers. In the past, the primary obstacle for hosting a blog would have been obtaining a domain to host the blog, but now there are platforms dedicated solely to blogging, like WordPress, which make it easier than ever to get into the game and start a money-making blog in no time. Blogging is a great investment in terms of time and money, because an article you wrote for 4 hours will be up and available for viewing for as long as your site lives. Furthermore, it requires essentially no money to keep going, but has the potential to make plenty of money. There is too much to say about blogging to fit into this article, but if you like the sound of it, definitely do some searches and read up on it. Even if you’re not comfortable with the idea of running a blog, you can still get paid to write for someone else’s. Sites to Use: WordPress.com Blogger.com Tumblr Note: These are free blagging platforms that allow you to build a site quickly and for free. Start with these, get a feel for how this whole blogging thing works, then you can move on and buy your own domain name and hosting. At that point, I would suggest you build your blog using WordPress (this is the .org version of it which is for self hosted sites). 7- Be an Affiliate Marketer If you’re not familiar with affiliate marketing, it means that you’ll advertise something in return for a commission on the sales. This is essentially a sales job that can be done by the introverted and the extroverted alike, since it doesn’t require that you actually interface with people on a personal basis. Affiliate marketing is usually a way that people prefer to advertise their product because it feels more organic, and people are more likely to purchase something that they don’t feel has been explicitly advertised to them. Affiliate marketing is usually tied to blogging, as a blog is an ideal place to do something like write a review of a product and provide a link to the product at the end. Some affiliate marketers are paid simply to drive traffic, and don’t need to make sales, but as a rule of thumb you should be trying to drive sales in the least “advertisey” way possible. Sites to Use: ClickBank CommissionJunction MaxBounty 8- Work as a Virtual Assistant Working as a virtual assistant, explained simply, is like being a secretary from your house. A variety of people will be wanting assistance for whatever they do, whether they write research articles or run an online business, and that’s where you come in as a virtual assistant. You should expect to be doing administrative work as a virtual assistant, so be prepared to employ skills like email response, data entry, examination of facts and organization of information. It’s as simple as being, well, of assistance to your employer, but you’ll almost definitely need some customer service skills. Keep that in mind if you’d prefer a more “back of the house” position. Sites to Use: Zirtual VirtualAssistantJobs.com VirtualAssistants.com 9- Telecommute Despite the fancy name, telecommuting is as simple as it comes. A telecommuter is simply someone who does what would be done in a normal office job, but they do it from home. It can be in a variety of industries, advertising or administration or anything else. What jobs can be done via telecommuting are more about what companies are offering telecommuting jobs than about what can be done at a distance. In the internet age, virtually every job can be done from home. Whether you’re coding software, coming up with advertising, if you’re an artist or a writer or a manager, it can likely be done from home. Even board meetings can be done via communications software like Skype. Do a quick Google search for Telecommuting jobs and you’re sure to find some websites that will help you get going. Sites to Use: FlexJobs VirtualVocations Forbes list of 100 companies offering telecommuting jobs 10- Design and Sell Shirts Personally, I still can’t believe how easy this option is. There are a wealth of websites that are dedicated to t-shirt design, which is an emerging internet industry. Here’s how it works: the website will ask you to make an account, and then they will take you to their design interface. It’ll have a variety of options, like choosing the cut of the shirt (crew, women’s, v-neck, etc,) choosing a font, font size, font color, shirt color. You can usually take images from your computer and put them on the shirt, and you can usually design a front and a back for the shirt. Different companies have different limitations for what you can and can’t do. Either way, when you’re finished designing the shirt you’ll set a sales goal and a sales price, both of which will affect how much the company will pay you per shirt sold. Then you go out, and advertise the shirt and try to get people to buy it. If you reach your sales goal, the shirts will be printed, distributed, and you will be paid for your work. It costs NOTHING to design the shirts; the companies make enough money from the sales to pay you for the work and still keep a tidy profit. The only obstacles is the actual advertising and sales. Past that, it’s all profit for little work. So, if you’ve got the skills to drive purchases and advertise in an unobtrusive way, you should seriously check this out. Sites to Use: Threadless DesignByHumans TeeFury TeeSpring 11- Offer Short Services on Fiverr (and Other Similar Sites) Fiverr is a service where you offer your skill for a flat rate of $5. Something like, “I’ll do a 30 second recording in an Australian accent.” The person contacts you, you do the work, and you get paid ($4 per job, actually, because the site keeps $1.) This is a good option, but only if you have a skill that you are capable of doing in mass. You might want to consider doing this if you’re trying to build a portfolio for something, so that you can move up eventually and charge more for your services. For those in western countries, the income from Fiverr might not be quite enough. But if you live somewhere with a lower cost of living, and you can do a high volume of business, then the money from this site can add up to something pretty significant. Sites to Use: Fiverr SEOClerks GigBucks Fourerr 12- Get Paid for Expert Advice Are you someone with a high level of knowledge about a certain topic? There are a variety of websites that are willing to pay you for your expertise. The general format is that a question will be posed to an expert, and you’ll provide your answer. If the asker approves your answer, they’ll pay out, and the site will give you your cut after intermediary fees. You could be looking at making $10-$20 per accepted answer, so the money can definitely add up. However, they’re pretty serious about the idea of an “expert.” So you’re going to need to go through an application process to join their ranks, and they might require details like thorough work history, college degrees, etc. But if you’re capable of providing proof of expertise, this is a great way to make some side money. Sites to Use: AllExperts (Update: they are no longer paying their experts. You can, however, answer questions as a volunteer.) JustAnswer Ether 13- Write for Cash As you might imagine, being a writer is a dream job for many people. The internet provides a lot of opportunities to be a paid writer, and a portion of those people are able to rise to prominence and make a solid living from the profession. But even if not, you can almost definitely make good side-money for being a writer. This is related to blogging, but not strictly limited to it. Writers can get paid for any type of writing, but sites like WritersDomain will often offer you a topic and a price and ask you to write an article with a certain word limit. Sites like that are a good way to get started, but if you’re looking to get more serious about writing, you should pursue a more long-term situation by finding clients through a site like oDesk or eLance. It is recommended for anyone looking to be a full-time writer to manage multiple types of writing, like writing for clients, writing for a blog, and potentially using their writing skills to pursue affiliate marketing. Sites to Use: WritersDomain About.com Demand Studios iWriter.com 14- Write an e-Book Lots of people have begun putting out e-books for supplemental income (or in cases of great success, primary income!) An “e-book” just refers to the idea that it is published through an electronic book vendor, like Amazon’s Kindle and Nook services. Many e-books are rushed out in absolutely terrible condition; they might contain factual errors, spelling errors, formatting errors, syntactical errors- the list goes on. You can set yourself above the rest by putting more work into the presentation of the book. A good cover will help you out a lot, as will producing a work of quality rather than quantity. You can find plenty of bad e-books that are making a little bit of money, but if you want the big bucks, you should really buckle down, and maybe even consider hiring an editor. Conversely, you may be able to find work on the freelancing sites where you can get paid to write people’s e-books for them! Sites to Use (to publish your e-books on): Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing NookPress Payhip Smashwords PubIt! 15- Get Into Micro Freelancing Although micro freelancing is a form of freelancing, I wanted to give it its own section since it has been growing tremendously in the last few years. The main difference here is that tasks are normally very small and easy to complete. Accordingly, the pay of course

MY BLOG 40 Legitimate Work from Home Jobs

40 Legitimate Work from Home Jobs (No Investment or Startup Fee)   Working from home is a dream for a lot of us. It used to be that stuffing envelope from home and other (mostly) scams were all you could find if you were searching for work at home opportunities. Thankfully, the internet has changed everything, this one included. According to a survey by the U.S. Department of Labor, the number of people who did some or all of their work at home increased from 19 percent in 2003 to over 24 percent in 2015. There are tons of companies nowadays that offer home jobs. Although, you still have to be vigilant as there are still tons of work at home scams out there.  From the biggest corporations to the smallest business outfits, MNCs to government institutions, it is getting increasingly common for employers to offer “remote worker” or “telecommute employee” options. With escalating cost and stuttered economy, it is little surprise that the idea has extended to include even workforce that is foreign based. That is how far the Internet has changed the concept of work!   So, where are all these great work at home jobs and companies that hire people to work from home? Here is the list… 1. TeleWork.gov This is the easy one! With the public sector being the number one employer in the United States, the signing of the “Telework Enhancement Act of 2010” by the Congress has opened the doors of various federal agencies to thousands of part-time workers. 2. Salesroads.com What they are after are people who can set appointments and generate leads for their sales stuff. The good thing here is that they standardize the workers’ hourly rate and commission. 3. VirtualVocations.com This is really a job posting site rather than a virtual employer. It offers plenty of telecommuting opportunities internationally, splitting into over 50 categories. 4. CallCenterOptions.com As the name suggest, you will function as an agent taking calls from clients in general. They span across industries, so expect to be deployed in medical, financial and insurance industries. A fabulous work at home option assuming you can handle the jargon and industry talks in these industries. 5. VIPDesk.com Throughout its over 20 years of existence, this company only deals with premium companies. You will be handling the calls on behalf of its clients and you are at liberty to work from home. 6. Jobs.Uhaul.com Whether you are looking for a full-time, part-time, or second job, Uhaul wants you. It has been around for some 60 years, and this corporate giant is often associated with the label of the “Generous Employer.” And the perks are attractive here as well. The most prominent type of jobs involves answering calls from home, working for Uhaul rentals, or other customer service functions. 7. BalanceYourBooks.com This is pretty niche, as they tend to fancy certain professions, like bookkeepers, accountants, appointment setters and salespeople. All can expect to work from home. 8. EchoStentel.com If you are familiar with sorting out medical records, good in dictation or have an excellent transcription skill, this is the perfect work at home job for you. 9. LiveOps.com They boast of a workforce that numbers 20,000 working from home. These so-called agents are required to take incoming calls daily on behalf of their corporate clients. One good thing about the company is that they are willing to invest in training, so all workers are brought up to speed in their jobs as licensed insurance agents, or whatever else they specialize in, in a fairly short time. 10. Textbroker The site can be ideal if you enjoy writing, albeit on a smaller scale like simple writing projects. The pay scale here is not great, but the assignments are easy to manage if you are a prolific writer. 11. Leapforce

MY BLOG - 100 Sites to Download&Read FREE Books

100 Sites for Thrifty Bookworms to Download & Read Free Books    I like to read, at least whenever I find time to do so. The availability of tons of the electronic books has certainly made life easier for me, as I can search and download my favorite titles anytime and anywhere. And it goes where I go, right inside my smartphone or notebook. I am sure you also derive immense pleasure through reading. The only problem is that if you are a bookworm you end up spending a lot of money, which if you ask me, is always worth it. However, just because it’s worth it, doesn’t mean you can’t search for alternative free options.  Here at MoneyPantry, we like saving money and we love free stuff. So I went on the hunt to find a few places where you can download free books and ebooks. And being the perfectionist that I am, finding “a few places” lead me to spend a whole week trying to find as many websites as I could. I hope it was worth it. With that said, here is a massive list of places where you can download 100% free books and ebook in any genre you can imagine. 1. Open Culture Open Culture is more academic in nature, thus there are more excellent reading materials for students. The collection is not huge, with approximately over 700 titles, which are slanted towards school going students. There is also an internal committee to scrutinize all books before being published. Even the fiction genre is restricted to such classical work from William Shakespeare and Mark Twain for example. 2. Google eBookstore Google eBookstore’s free section (just search for “free” on the search bar at the top of the page) is a gold mine for free eBook seekers. It certainly has a good mix; from history to fiction, and modern science to classical stuff.   3. Project Gutenberg Unlike Google eBookstore, this one does not have a corporate behind it. The website is run by a bunch of enthusiasts, who regularly encourage new users in the e-books creation and sharing experience. To attract critical mass, the books here are available in multiple formats: HTML, Kindle, ePub and good old-fashioned text formats. Project Gutenberg amasses a collection of over 45,000 free e-books. 4. Open Library Open Library is one of the many initiatives under the umbrella of Internet Archive. It has an open concept and it encourages online community to actively contribute books. With over one million titles to look for, you will be thankful that a very efficient and effective search function is embedded on their website, making it easier to navigate among the subjects, authors and titles here. 5. Amazon Free Kindle Books If you are on Amazon Kindle, this free library will certainly be an interesting proposition. As with the main Amazon site, download is a hassle free process. You still need your usual account to log in. Once inside, choose a book of your picking (your selection can be based on genre, author or title). Of course, Amazon offers interesting mix, from classics to romance, DNA study to great engineering feats. 6. Internet Archive This is probably not the place to look for contemporary titles. If what you have in mind are old books that publishers have stopped printing, especially those foreign language prints, then this could be for you. They are especially great on books that are educational or historical in nature. 7. BookBoon Want to learn more about business practice or educational stuff? This website is dedicated to such cause. BookBoon boasts of over 1000 e-books, all arranged nicely in appropriate category. You can start download straightaway, as no registration is required. 8. ManyBooks.net ManyBooks.net lets visitors browse among their 29,000 free e-books. There is quite a diverse range here. The website also sets up a popular book chart, so you can pick up the e-books that are in demand, if you’re so inclined. Alternatively, just use the search function to look for what appeals to you. Their books can be served across a number of devices, iPad (and also Android based pads) Nooks, Kindles and most e-readers. 9. Free-eBooks This is a great place if you fancy drama; from the most gruesome murder to unstintingly brotherly love. If you like a good story, this website will not disappoint you. There are also ratings and reviews published to help you find the right book. I am not particularly stuck to a certain kind of genre so I like coming here to browse for whatever fancied me. 10. Free Book Centre There are loads of computer related e-books over here. It is helpful if you are thinking of getting some sort of certifications on IT stuff, as the website is loaded with instructions on web design, programming, database tuning, etc. 11. Free Book Spot This is one website that talk about their free e-books in term of computer storage. All in all, their 4485 e-books occupy some 71.97 GB on their hard disk, and they spread across 96 categories. They tend to focus on technology stuff so don’t come here if you feel like getting a romantic read. Again, no registration required. 12. Free Computer Books This is another technology laden website so expect everything technical (engineering, scientific, mathematics… you get the idea!). The website owner takes it upon himself to make sure everybody finds what he or she wants. Users can zoom in from 12 topics right into more than 150 subcategories. 13. Ebooks3000 This provides a directory service for loads of e-books available online. You just follow the download links to get to the e-books that you want. 14. Ebook Lobby The organization here is almost similar to that of the local library. Everything is organized neatly and you just browse the individual sections that appeal to you; these are organized into art, business, education, IT and more. 15. E-library Another library like website with books neatly organized to make your downloading easy. 16. Free e-books Free e-books require membership before you can access their facilities. Upon registration, which is free, you are entitled to the massive collection of resources like e-books and authors reference. There are also free e-magazines and you can also upload your own e-books. 17. Free Tech Books As the name implies, this website is dedicated to engineering or IT related e-books. One thing that stands out here is that the site actually bothers to secure legal right for its materials on distribution. So your download would be an entirely legitimate exercise, not to mention a free one as well. The website does not have a specific name for e-books, they are used interchangeably with descriptions like lecture notes, monogram, text, document, etc. 18. Get Free Books GetFreeEBooks is another legit e-books website like Free techbooks. Just as well, these e-books are all free. 19. Online Programming Books More than the implied computing related stuff, this site also has e-books related to science, physics, mathematics, marketing and business. Of course, web technology, inter-networking, database, programming content is given. 20. PDF-geni PDFGeni is more like a search directory that covers specifically PDF version of documents, forms, sheets and e-books. 21.

EMPOWR - MOJIH PRVIH 100 DNI

EMPOWR - MOJIH PRVIH 100 DNI   PUSTITE V KOMETARJIH SVOJE IZKUŠNJE, SPOZNANJA IN PRISTOPE Tri moje največje napake v prvih 100 dneh - oziroma kaj bi danes naredil drugače, če bi še enkrat začel. In tri stvari ki sem jih naredil najbolj prav. Najprej tri napake: 1. Mislim, da je največja napaka ki sem so delal še do pred kratkim je to, da sem slabo oz. nikakor nadzoroval stroške na svojem Empowr računu. Stroški so v bistvu štirje. Kaj to pomeni? V tabeli Power level pogledate koliko bidov na dan imate glede na svoj Power level in ga pomnožite v faktorejm 7 oz. 9. Primer. Recimo da je vaš Power level zelena zvezda. Pomeni da imate na voljo 24 bidov na dan. Pomnožite to z faktorjem 7. Znesek 168$.

Here is a list of 70 that you might want to consider trying out: Ways to Earn Extra Money Online & from Home First the online opportunities. Some of these are bidding type jobs, where you might not be paid for your efforts unless you’re accepted. Others require simple work, and you’re only asked to do it if someone is already willing to pay. 1.  Pleio – Remind People to Take Their Medication Pleio is a website that provides a reminder service to people to take their medications. They often have vacancies for people to work remotely, calling in the reminders and helping out with basic questions about prescriptions. 2. Rev – Do Transcription Rev is another online service, this time offering transcription services to the public.   If you can type proficiently, and would like to work independently transcribing audios, then you should check out their current job vacancies. 3. Needle – Be an Advocate of Your Favorite Brands Or perhaps you prefer to help people out via chat windows, and would like to become a customer support person. Needle.com employs people called Advocates who are always available for an online real-time conversation with shoppers. 4. Hairsellon – Sell Your Hair Not exactly a website from which you could make a regular income, but if you have long hair and fancy a change in style, you might consider selling your hair online. It can be worth quite a bit. 5. Doba – Do Drop Shipping Perhaps the largest online selling opportunity, provided you are prepared to work at it, is to sell items that are drop shipped from a manufacturer or supplier. You advertise these items on your own storefront or website, and when you make a sale you send the details through to the manufacturer who takes care of all the details. Unlike selling your own products, the manufacturer has to take care of any warranty issues. But normally finding suppliers and going through the hassle of locating worthy products is very time consuming and frankly scary for beginners. But using a site like Doba it all becomes very easy and painless. 6. Zazzle – Design Customized Stuff Another website for the designer in you, you can use this site to sell items you have made, upload designs and be paid royalties, or promote others’ products to earn money. Another online site where you offer your services, the novelty with the Fiverr site is that the basic job costs $5. After fees, you’ll probably earn about $4. Before you decide that this is not enough, have a look at the site and see what people are offering. Some things are very quick and easy to do for the basic price, and others are offering extensions to the $5 job, and being paid more. Some people are reputed to make a good living simply from working on this site. 8. SurveySavvy – Take Online Surveys Even if you don’t feel you have any particular talents, you can probably make money by filling out online surveys. Of course, this is one of the areas of the Internet where there have been a lot of scams, so you should watch out and never pay to be registered. 9. Inbox Dollars – Watch Videos On a similar theme, you could register for Inbox Dollars, where you earn money for doing things that you are most likely doing already. The things are usually simple tasks, such as filling out surveys, printing out coupons, and doing Internet searches. This won’t make you a ton of money, but every little helps. 10. SwagBucks – Get Paid to Search And again, for little more income you could register with SwagBucks. The website will pay you in SwagBucks if you will take part in their surveys, search using their search engine, watch promotional videos, and other minor stuff. SwagBucks are simply points which add up when you do these things regularly for a few minutes each day. When you earn enough points, you can redeem them for an Amazon gift card, cash into your PayPal account, or a prepaid Visa card. 11. Upwork – Freelance Upwork is a more traditional type of “talent for hire” site. If you’ve heard of Elance, it’s the same idea, and in fact Elance has merged with them. You can find jobs designing websites, programming, and writing, and you simply bid on the job description, and the client who advertised the job decides who they want, based both on price and your background. 12. User Testing – Test Websites You can make use of your Internet time and earn a little money by registering with Usertesting and other user testing sites that pay you. These websites give you opportunities to get paid for trying out different apps or programs, and by visiting websites and providing feedback. Though fairly simple, this is important to companies to know that their online image is acceptable. 13. Kindle Publishing – Publish Your Own eBook With a little more effort, you too could write a book! No, seriously, many people have already done that and published the e-book on the Amazon Kindle platform. Sure you may not have the success that Amanda Hocking, the 26-year-old romance writer from Minnesota had (who by the way became a millionaire thanks to her kindle books), but you could earn a little passive income. If you look, many of the books are not very long, perhaps solving one or two particular problems for people, so it is realistic that you too could do it. Once you are on Amazon, the world can see what you have to offer. If you do it all yourself (and it’s not too difficult), then it costs you nothing to see your book there in the Amazon store. If you want to make sure that your book appears professional, you could consider paying for an editor and for a cover design, but depending on your talents, that’s not a necessary expenditure. To get started, read this awesome guide by CopyBlogger which covers everything you need to know/do to publish your first eBook on Amazon’s Kindle platform. 14. Udemy – Teach Anything If you want to take it one step further, you might want make a video highlighting your expertise, and teaching it to others. Udemy is an easy to use Internet platform where you can load up your videos, and sell your online course. They have strict standards that you have to meet to be accepted, as they want to keep the quality high. But in return, once you are listed on Udemy they do a lot to help promote your course to their list of subscribers. 15. Fotolia – Sell stock Photos Perhaps your forte is not in writing or in making videos, but you’re good at taking pictures. Then you should look at the stock picture sites, where you can offer your photos for sale. These

25 BBB Accredited Work from Home Jobs with A+ Rati

25 BBB Accredited Work from Home Jobs with A+ Rating   When it comes to companies that offer work at home jobs, a lot of us rely on their BBB ratings to determine their trustworthiness. Sure, the ratings on the Better Business Bureau’s site can be manipulated to some degree (just like anything else, I guess!) but it’s one of the best tools we often have in determining whether a work at home opportunity is legit or just another envelope stuffing scam! So, to make your job easier, I put together a list of companies that offer work at home opportunities who have an A+ BBB rating.   How the BBB ratings work? BBB ratings are given based on information the organization gathers about any given company, including public complaints. BBB ratings are assigned from A+ (the highest) to F (the lowest). If a company doesn’t have any ratings, it’s indicated by “NR” or “No rating”. Now, here is the thing… Just because a company gets an A+ rating, doesn’t mean you should blindly do whatever they say. Even the Better Business Bureau admits this:   BBB ratings are not a guarantee of a business’s reliability or performance.  BBB recommends that consumers consider a business’s BBB rating in addition to all other available information about the business. You should use these ratings as one factor, in your overall research, in determining whether a site/company is legit or scam. With that said, here is a list of BBB certified/accredited work at home companies with A+ rating. 1. Nielsen Digital Voice You’re almost certainly familiar with Nielsen, the group that reports viewership for television programs. Nielsen doesn’t just do TV ratings. It conducts market research in a number of markets. One of those markets is the internet, more specifically how people use the internet. And in order to gather data, just like their famous Nielsen TV program, they will pay you to share your internet usage habit. By participating in the program, not only you earn a little extra cash, you also help shape the feature of internet and products and services that are made for internet users. Here is how it works: Sign up for a free account here. Download their app on your PC. Then use the internet normally. Get paid. That’s it! The app will work in the background gathering information about your internet habits. Of course, these are not sensitive info like your bank account or things like that. And yes, the information is gathered anonymously. There is nothing that identifies you. The only info are general ones like age, gender, where you live, race, how many hours a day you are online, what sites you visit, etc. 2. My Survey A straightforward survey site that allows you to take surveys towards rewards points and sweepstakes entries. The points can go towards cash or free gift cards, or you can just keep taking surveys for a chance at the sweepstakes. It’s a simple, easy way to do surveys for rewards. 3. Swagbucks This is the most popular online reward site by far, used by people all over the world to turn their time into rewards such as PayPal credit and gift cards. You can even earn points for playing games, watching videos, as well as shopping. They still maintain a solid BBB rating despite being such a massive company – a very good sign. I actually wrote a review of Swagbucks a while back where I shared a simple way you can earn an extra $758.25 a year using Swagbucks. 4. eBates This isn’t a traditional money-making site like many others on this list are, but if you do a lot of online shopping, you’d be crazy not to use this site. eBates, is one of the best cashback sites out there. You can earn cashback shopping from more than 2000 stores. The cashback percentage varies based on the store, but some can go as high as 40%! If you shop

22 Ways to Score Free Amazon Gift Cards

22 Ways to Score Free Amazon Gift Cards   Who wouldn’t enjoy a free Amazon gift card? With “Earth’s Biggest Selection” of products, it won’t be that hard to spend that gift card on Amazon. No wonder the term “Amazon Gift Cards” is searched on Google over 18000 times monthly. So how do you get Amazon gift certificates without paying for ’em? Use a free amazon gift card code generator? No, those are useless! There is no such a thing as an on demand gift card code generator that can create working and legit codes for free. So, what gives then? Well, there are some legitimate ways to get free Amazon gift cards.     Now, let’s be clear, none of these options are going to get you truly free gift cards. But they are your best options and as closest as you can get to real “free” gift certificates. You have to do something to get them. Some require your time, some you have to answer a few surveys, with some you have to signup for their program, and so on. Although there is one way to get a free $3 Amazon gift card without surveys or completing any offer, but that’s not sustainable. You can only do it once. Most of the methods we are going to talk about today can be used over and over again. Now, I’ve divided these methods into a few categories. Let’s start with trade-in opportunities. A. Trade-in Methods (Getting Amazon Gift Card with No Surveys or Downloads) The first option is to trade something for an Amazon gift card. Sure, you are not getting the card for free, but with some of these options, you are trading things you no longer need or use for an Amazon gift certificate that you will use. 1. Amazon Trade-In Amazon themselves are more than willing to take your old or unused goods. Perhaps the best part about using Amazon Trade-In is that they will cover your shipping costs. That means that this method is pure profit for your exchange, which is always a good thing. Your profit will automatically be given as Amazon gift cards. Amazon is primarily looking for your electronics and electronic media. Movies, cell phones, music, music players, and other various types of electronic devices. They are also looking for textbooks. You can check your potential profit by searching for the thing you are seeking to trade in on their Amazon Trade-In page. 2. Cardpool Cardpool.com is a website for trading in your unused gift cards. They accept most brands’ gift cards, so you can turn something specific (like a fast-food card) into something general (like an Amazon card.) The good news is that Cardpool will also offer you hard cash for your cards. 3. Gazelle Gazelle.com is another place where you can trade in electronics. Their rates are competitive, and they also offer payment through PayPal in addition to Amazon gift cards. Gazelle is a good option for hauling off your old computers and phones, and the good news is that they also consider the care you’ve taken with your product when it comes to payment. If you’re someone who never gets a scratch or ding on your electronics, Gazelle will get you top dollar for your old electronics. Butter-fingered sellers beware, though! 4. Coinstar Coinstar is a classic option that you are likely familiar with. Coins go in, cash comes out. These noisy machines are a standard in grocery stores across the country, but did you

40 Ways for Teens to Make Money Online

40 Ways for Teens to Make Money Online (Legit Work at Home Opportunities)   It’s true that there are a number of ways to make money online that come with age 18 and above requirements. However, as parents will tell you, teens who are younger than that want money, too! Thankfully, there are a lot of different legitimate ways for kids to earn money on the internet. They might vary from low-paying online jobs for teens to more serious jobs which can be full on careers! Teenagers who aren’t getting hired or who don’t have a way to get to work can work right from home with some of the options on this list.  What kinds of websites will pay teenagers? There are many different kinds of ’em, actually! As we explained in our recent “Online jobs for college students” post, half the battle is knowing where to look and what to look for. The teenagers of today are tech-savvy and have a lot of experience in a variety of programs. Add in the fact that the web is second nature to them and teens will actually find a wealth of opportunities for earning money on the web. Teens, just like adults, might want to start off with some survey sites if they’re new to making money online.   Once you get your bearings with that and you’re ready to get serious, there are ways to put those skills to work. There are a variety of writing jobs that accept work from teenagers, as well as design work. There are scams out there, as well, no matter what work you’re looking into. So you have to be careful. As a rule of thumb, never pay any kind of fee – registration fee, application processing fee, etc. All legitimate companies and websites that you can use to earn money are free to use. They’re supposed to pay you, not the other way around. To make it easier for you to avoid scams, I’ve compiled this list of legitimate online money making opportunities that any teen – 17, 16, 15, 14, and even 13 and younger – can take advantage of. First, we’ll take a look at survey sites. A. Survey Sites For Teens In case you’re unfamiliar with survey sites, they’re a staple of casual internet earners everywhere. They work much like you’d think– you take the surveys, you collect the reward. Rewards tend to be minimal, but they’re great casual work that teens can do while they’ve got some free time. It’s an easy way for beginners to start making extra cash online. No to mention that you can feel good about voicing your opinion about products, games, and movies that you love. 1. SurveySavvy SurveySavvy is a site that is great for those who want to buckle down and really make some cash. They have a lot of members, a lot of surveys, and they pay out pretty well. They’re among the bigger names in online survey taking, so it’s worth checking out if you’re looking into these things. 2. Ipsos i-Say This well-known market research group is accepting people who are at least 14. There are plenty of good reasons to use this service, from the high rate of good-paying surveys to the variety of cashout options (everything from gift cards to cash.) They also have a mobile app, for teens who are out and about. 3. MySurvey There are a few things about MySurvey that I think are really great. The age cap is only 13, and they are also accepting applicants from all over the world! One of the best things about their system is that surveys are very equal-opportunity. Teens, adults, and seniors alike will find surveys that value their opinion and pay out accordingly. 4. Kidz Eyes This is the only survey site that doesn’t accept anyone above the age of 12! Kidz Eyes is a company that does market research specifically targeted towards children. They’re a company that’s over 50 years old, belonging to the even bigger market research firm C&R Research. The site has a bright, poppy aesthetic that makes it easy on kid’s eyes (no pun intended!) 1000 Points equal out to $10, which you receive in the form of a check. 5. Panel Polls Panel Polls is a market research company targeted at families. They are offering surveys/panels to the kids and the parents alike! Billed as a great way to influence the products you love while teaching your children the value of money, Panel Polls is accepting kids 6 to 17. 6. American Consumer Opinion These guys are accepting teens over 14. Despite the name, they’re also offering their services to people all over the globe. That means that if you live in a country with a low cost of living, this can actually be a great way for teens to join in and earn a nice chunk of money! 7. PollBuzzer Panel A nice, casual site that takes residents of Canada and the US who are 13 and over. They payout to PayPal instead of a check, which means it’s easier for teens to handle it all on their own. 8. E-Poll This is another site that is accepting people 13 years of age or older, though adults are perfectly welcome, too. Information was scarce on this one, but they seem to be a safe and easy-to-use site. 9. MyView MyView is a site that is accepting applicants who are 14 and above. It pays out in rewards points which can be spent on prizes or Amazon gift cards, but you can also get paid to cash by sending the credit to a Visa card. If you saw my

MY BLOG - 7 Ways to Save Money When You’re Broke

7 (Practical) Ways to Save Money When You’re Broke   Saving money is hard as it is, but doing it when you are poor, broke or unemployed? We all know that saving money even on a tight budget is something we should be doing. But, it really is hard. And it’s not a matter of being young and dumb to save. When you don’t really have much left over from your paycheck each month, saving money can seem impossible. According to a recent Google Consumer Survey for personal finance website GOBankingRates, 62% of Americans have less than $1,000 in their savings accounts and 21% don’t even have a savings account. And for most people, it’s not that they overspend or overindulge, it’s that they don’t have anything left to put aside after paying the bills. After all, if there’s nothing left in the bank at the end of the month, how are you ever supposed to save anything? So, what can you do?  Fortunately, even if you feel like you’re broke, there are still ways that you save money each month, and in this article, we’ll reveal them. 1. The first step: Analyze your finances The first thing you need to do before you start saving is to take a close look at your finances. Add up your utility bills, track your spending, and take a good look at all of your monthly expenses – big or small. You see, you can’t start saving money until you know where your money is currently going.   You need to track your expenses for about a month to get a clear picture of where every dollar is going. So, review your bank statements, look at your weekly spending, and track your utility bills – don’t leave anything out. After you analyze your finances you can identify your problem spending areas – and once you do that, you can start seeing places where you could maybe cut back a bit. It will be much easier for you to create a budget and you will be able to determine how much you can realistically afford to save each month. 2. Create a feasible budget Okay, so you’ve tracked your spending and you know where your cash goes each month and you’ve got a clearer idea of what you can save each month. Now, it’s time to make a budget. When it comes to budgets, there’s no one template that everyone can follow. Budgeting doesn’t work like that – there’s no cookie cutter, one size fits all approach that works for everyone. It’s a personal thing. So, when you’re creating a budget, make sure that it meets the following criteria: It’s realistic: Don’t make your budget too drastic. If you’ve never saved before, then don’t jump right to funneling a big chunk of your cash into a savings account and end up leaving yourself short. And don’t restrict your spending too much that you end up miserable. Keep your budget realistic and you’re more likely to stick with it. It’s sustainable: A good budget is one that’s sustainable. Okay, so cutting back drastically might be feasible for a week or even a month, but after a while, it can become tedious. So, make sure your budget is sustainable. It fits your family’s needs: Everyone’s family is different – so don’t expect to read about someone else’s budget online and be able to make it work for your family. Take inspiration from others, but make sure that your budget is catered to your family. Once you have created your budget, expect it to change a little in the beginning. You might need to make slight adjustments until you get it right. 3. Reduce the bills you can While there are some bills that you just can’t cut out – like the water and electricity, you’ll find many monthly bills that you can lower. And, once you do lower these bills, you leave yourself with more cash to put into your savings account each month. So, take a look at any monthly bills that you could cut out completely or reduce. Here are a couple of areas to consider: Cable TV Cable TV is expensive. According to statistics, the average American spends $99 per year on their cable bill! That’s a lot of money. So, consider giving up cable. It’s pretty easy nowadays, as there are so many cheap and free alternatives to cable TV. Cell phone Now, we’re not suggesting that you cut out your cell phone completely, but you should definitely consider switching to a different plan. We’ve got a detailed post about

MY BLOG - 7 Extremely Quick Paid Survey Companies

7 Extremely Quick Paid Survey Companies You Need to Join Today!   Taking surveys for money isn’t a get rich quick scheme, but it’s an excellent way to earn extra money on the internet. And while there are many scams out there, there are also tons of legit online survey sites backed by real market research companies that follow the Code of Standards and Ethics established by CASRO (Council of American Survey Research Organizations). But even with the surveys that actually pay, there are two big problems:  1.  Fast payout! To be precise, lack thereof.  The majority of survey sites take way too long to pay. Don’t you hate it when you finish a survey then you have to wait a whole month to receive your payment – whether it’s PayPal, Check or an Amazon gift certificate? And then there is the other issue… 2. Minimum payment requirement! Again, most sites set a very high threshold that you have to reach before you can request a payment. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could get paid cash to your PayPal instantly for surveys? Wouldn’t it be nice if you didn’t have to wait weeks and months until you reach the minimum requirement? The good news is that there are a few fast paying survey sites that you can combine with slow paying ones (more on that strategy later) to create a nice little side income for yourself.   1. Mindswarms Where to join: MindSwarms Payout minimum: None Payout speed: 24 hrs (PayPal payment) If you hate filling out surveys but love watching videos and getting paid for it, you’re gonna love this one! MindSwarms has video based surveys. Every video survey contains only 7 questions that can take anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes to complete. But here is the shocker… MS is one of the highest paying survey sites. How much do they pay per video survey? A whopping $50! Yes, that’s $50 per survey you complete. And that’ not even the best part… Th best part is you get paid in PayPal within 24 hours which compared to some sites seems like instant payment. MindSwarms is a legit company that not only has some of the highest paying surveys, but it’s also one of the fastest paying survey sites out there. This is one site you don’t want to miss! 2. Swagbucks Where to join: Swagbucks Payout minimum: 85 points ($1) Payout

Christmas Budget Shopping Tips

Christmas Budget Shopping Tips 30 Smart Ways to Save Money (& Earn Extra Cash) How do you do your Christmas shopping on a budget? Is that even possible?… Christmas is such a fun and enjoyable time of year. But, there’s one thing that can suck the magic right out of this wonderful holiday… Christmas shopping! Not the act of shopping itself per se, we all love that, it’s paying for things we buy that we hate!  According to the American Research Group, the average American will spend $929 on Christmas gifts. That’s a pretty staggering number! Unfortunately, this expense can really affect your finances long after Christmas is over if you’re not careful – especially if you don’t have much in your savings account.   Fortunately, we’ve put together a list of holiday shopping tips. It includes all sorts of ways for you to save money on Christmas shopping. So, check it out, and make sure that Christmas doesn’t drain your bank account this year. 1. Don’t check out right away All retailers want to do is close the deal. So even if they have to give you a discount to get you to buy something, they will! That’s why leaving items in your online shopping cart is such a good idea. It shows the retailer that you’re serious about buying – so they’ll take whatever steps they can to ensure you go through with the purchase. Next time you shop online, register with the retailer, sign into your account, put the items that you want in your cart, and then abandon it. Often, the store will offer you a discount, a promo code or some other incentive, like free shipping to get you to check out. It’s a great way to save money on your holiday shopping. 2. Choose the private browsing option Online, you might think that every customer sees the same prices. But, that’s not exactly the case. You see many retailers practice something called dynamic pricing. This means that they increase the price of something based on your perceived desire for it. Using cookies and other tracking tools, retailers online collect information about how you browse the Internet – like the websites you visit and how much you spend. They use this information about your browsing habits to target you with ads – how many times have you seen an ad for something you looked at earlier on a completely different website? Retailers also use this data to determine how much you’re willing to pay. And, if they see that you frequently look at a certain product on their site, the retailer will estimate that you’re willing to pay more – so they put the price up. The best way to get around dynamic pricing is to use the private or incognito feature of your web browser. Both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome offer this feature. Here is how you can is this feature: Chrome: Simply right click on the browser item on your desktop and select the “new incognito window” option. Explorer: Click on Settings > Safety > InPrivate Browsing. There is also a keyboard shortcut you can use – Ctrl+Shift+P. Firefox: Click on Settings > New Private Window. Ctrl+Shift+P is the keyboard shortcut you can too. Use the private browser to look for gifts and the regular one to buy them. 3. Get more deals using multiple email addresses As we mentioned above, many retailers send out coupons and other money saving deals through email. Take advantage of these great deals by signing up multiple times, with different email addresses. It’s easy to create an email account and free too – just check out Microsoft Live, Yahoo Mail or Gmail. When you sign up with a few different emails, you get more discounts and codes to use, saving you even more money this Christmas. 4. Use Honey to find coupons and discounts for you During Christmas, you should never buy anything without looking for a coupon or discount code first. But, that can be difficult if you’re busy – which many people are. Fortunately, there is a great tool called Honey that finds coupons and discounts for you. It’s a browser extension. When you get to the checkout at an online store, click on the Honey extension and it automatically finds coupons and discount codes for that product – and it applies them too! You don’t have to do anything. 5. Check out social media Social media is more than just a place to connect with friends. It’s a place where you can find some fantastic money saving deals. A lot of companies offer exclusive deals, discounts, and coupons through their Twitter and Facebook profiles. Here are a few examples: Walmart Gap Staples

MY BLOG - How You Can Budget on a Weekly Paycheck

Here is How You Can Budget on a Weekly Paycheck & Save Money   “I get paid weekly but my bills are monthly?” Everyone knows the importance of following a budget and saving money specially on a tight budget. But, when you get paid weekly, budgeting and saving seem much more difficult. After all, a lot of bills go out on a monthly basis. Plus, it can seem like by the time the week’s up, after grocery shopping and other expenses, your paycheck is gone.  You’re practically broke! Thankfully, there are some things that can be done to lessen the burden of weekly paychecks while having monthly bills. We’ve put together a quick, easy to follow guide on how to budget and save money on a weekly paycheck. 1. Look at your bill dates and expenses When you get paid weekly, one of the most important things that you can do is track your bills and expenses. You need to know exactly what date your bills go out, look at how much you spend on food each week and track other weekly expenses – like coffees, movies and magazines, for example.   By doing this, you not only determine how much you need to save for them, but you also give yourself a concrete deadline for saving. Track your bills and expenses with pen and paper, or create or download a weekly budget spreadsheet. Alternatively, use a money management app like Mint. 2. Create your budget Budgeting when you get paid weekly is a little bit trickier, but it is possible – it just takes a bit more finagling. And, it also varies depending on your financial situation – the way that you budget depends on your particular needs and circumstances. Budgeting isn’t one size fits all and there’s no template that’s going to work for everyone. The first step: Check what needs to come out of each paycheck Now that you have a schedule for your bills, like the cable, car payments, mortgage, and electricity, and weekly expenses, it will be easier for you to make a budget. The first step is to look at the schedule you made and the day that you receive your paycheck each week. This allows you to see which paycheck will cover what bills. After you’ve done that, there are two ways that you can budget on a weekly paycheck: 1. Allocate money from each paycheck Consider allocating money from each paycheck to certain bills. For example, if your water bill is due in the first week of the month, then that will come out of your first weekly paycheck of the month. Again, this is why making a weekly schedule for your bills and expenses is so important. Of course you’ll also need to save a portion of your paycheck, each week or month, depending on your financial situation. Don’t get stuck living paycheck to paycheck When you use the method of budgeting above, make sure that you don’t get stuck in the rut of living paycheck to paycheck. When you budget for each weekly paycheck, unexpected or infrequent expenses, like a bi-yearly insurance payment or car repairs can really trip you up. This is why having money in a savings account is so important. If you have a week where no bills are due, and you just need to pay for your basic expenses, like groceries and gas, take advantage. Save money for the weeks where you have a lot of payments due. For the weeks where payments exceed your weekly paycheck – so you might have your mortgage payments and car payments coming out of the same check, savings are necessary! 2. Look at your income/spending monthly Another way to budget when you get paid weekly is to look at your income and spending

MY BLOG - 21 Best Online Survey Sites That Pay

21 Best Online Survey Sites That Pay (All Free & Legit Companies)   Get paid to take online surveys for money. Sounds like everybody’s dream job! No wonder it’s so popular. When it comes to making money online and work from home jobs, paid surveys are usually one of the first opportunities most of us consider. Unfortunately, for a lot of people, that dream turns into a nightmare! Why? Paid survey scams! Market research is a huge industry ($44.35 billion to be exact) and while there are legit market research companies that conduct online surveys and actually pay panelists for their participation, there are also scammers out there who don’t mind ripping you off. Sadly, a lot of people do fall for these get-rich-quick scams. To help you avoid becoming one of those people, we’ve gathered a list of 57 (which will grow as we update the list periodically) of the best trusted paid survey panels that you can join for free.  Be sure to read the entire post as we also explain in detail how paid surveys work, how you can spot and avoid scams and find the ones that do pay.   Top 21 paid surveys at home companies But first, here is the list of our favorite 21 legitimate survey companies you can earn extra money with. Note: Most survey companies only accept members from a few western countries. Thus this list is only good for Americans and residents of a few western countries. However, I have published a list of international survey sites recently that I am sure those of you not living in the U.S. will find more useful. 1. MindSwarms Official website: Mindswarms.com Minimum to cash out: None (they send a $50 PayPal payment within 24 hours of survey completion.) Pay via: PayPal Usually, when people talk about high paying surveys, they are talking about surveys that pay $5, $10 or perhaps $20 per survey. But when we talk about high paying surveys as it relates to MindSwarms, we’re talking about $50! That’s right, they pay $50 for every single survey that contains 7 questions! But there is a catch… These are not your usual questionnaire you fill out, these are video surveys! Here is how it works: First, you need to signup. You’ll have to record a profile video and answer a few questions to establish your demographic which they use to match you with surveys looking for your demographic. Available surveys appear on your dashboard which you can apply for by answering a few multiple choice questions. A researcher will review your responses and invite you to take the survey. You’ll then start the survey which will have only 7 questions that you can answer using the video function on your smartphone, tablet or webcam. This whole process takes less than 15-20 minutes on average. Hey for $50, I wouldn’t care even if it took a full hour! They do, however, sometimes, have 1 questions surveys. Fro the one question surveys you get paid $10, which is still pretty awesome. But the best part is yet to come… There is no minimum requirement for cashing out. There is no requesting payment. There is no waiting around. Every time you complete a survey, they pay you $50 via PayPal within 24 hours. Now that’s just awesome! Unfortunately, sites like MindSwarms are rare. However, there are similar sites (kind of) that pay you for recording videos of yourself visiting various sites and talking over it about the experience. It’s called “User Testing” and websites and app companies use it to improve the user friendliness of their sites and apps. We have a list of sites that pay you to test websites here. 2. SurveySavvy Official website: SurveySavvy.com Minimum to cash out: None Pay via: Check SurveySavvy is a panel from Luth Research, another industry giant. The best, and by far, the most talked about thing about SS is that they have some of the highest paying surveys. Studies typically pay between $1 to $20, again, depending on length and topic of the survey. I have had a lot of $5 and $10 surveys with them. So this one is a must use site. You know the best part about SurveySavvy? They pay good money for referrals. For every survey your referrals complete, you earn $1 to $2. And that’s not the end. You also earn $0.50 to $1 from indirect referrals (the people who your own referrals referred to the site). Here is the fun part… Even though these days I don’t have the time to do a lot of surveys, I still get a few checks a year ($50 -$100) from SurveySavvy thanks to the dozen or so people who I had referred back in my early days. So once you join the site be sure to click the “Referral” tab (top right side of your user dashboard,) get your unique referral link and invite your friends and family to signup using that link. Even if you refer 10 people and 5 out of those 10 refer a few people, your can easily earn an extra $10-$20 a month without even taking a single survey. The pay out We almost forgot to talk about the most important part. You guessed it, SurveySavvy has another great thing going for it… There is no minimum payment requirement! That’s right, you can request a check even if you have $1 in your account. 3. Savvy Connect Official website: SavvyConnect Minimum to cash out: None Pay via: Check One more feature of this already awesome panel is their new exclusive panel called SavvyConnect. It works a lot like the Nielsen program. You install the free app (on your phone, PC or other devices you use to access the internet), it works quietly in the background gathering usage data anonymously. But it’s better than Nielsen because instead of just earning entries to sweepstakes you actually get paid in cash. You earn $5 per device for each month SavvyConnect is installed, up to $180 per year! That’s an extra $180 a year just for installing a free app! And yes, you can also earn for referring friends and family. And here is where things get a lot more interesting…. For every person who you refer that installs the app, you earn anywhere from $5 to $15. And just like the normal panel, you also earn from indirect referrals (the people who your own referrals referred). You earn $2 to $6 for every indirect referral. This is one site you must join if you are serious about making money with surveys. 4. PineCone Research Official website: PineConeResearch.com Minimum to cash out: $3 Pay via: Check, Direct deposit to Visa gift cards One of the most exclusive online survey panels is PineCone. It is exclusive because you can only join if you’re invited. If you visit pineconeresearch.com you won’t find any registration link or form. There is only a “login” tab! They only accept members through invite links that they provide to some of their affiliates, and even then it’s not 365 days a year. They have specific quotas and as soon as they reach that number, the stop accepting new members until the next time. Fortunately, MoneyPantry is one of those affiliates, so whenever they open the doors we get the invite links and share it with our readers. Note: if you click the link above and the registration is closed, be sure to bookmark this page and check back every so often as we will update the link. This is one site you definitely want to join, not just because of their exclusivity, but because they also do pay decently for their surveys. Reward System They used to pay a flat $3 check for every single survey you took. You didn’t even have to wait or request payment. There was no minimum cash out requirement. They would automatically send you a $3 check every time you completed a survey. As far as I know, this is the only paid survey site that had this feature. But they have recently changed that to a point system, but they’ve also introduced a new feature that most people would prefer (more on that later.) You earn points for surveys. The value of each point is approximately $0.01. So 300 points gets you $3. You can redeem your points for prizes, or you can request a check in denominations of $3, $5 or $15. It is important to note that your first 300 points are automatically redeemed for a $3 check. PineCone does that to “establish your profile and account.” The new feature that I mentioned earlier is their prepaid Visa Card feature. Basically, you can load this card with your survey earnings. So it’s like getting cash that you can also use online anywhere Visa cards are accepted. 5. Parent Speak: Survey site for Parents Official website: Parentspeak.com Minimum to cash out: $10 Pay via: Check This is a rather new and very specific survey panel that targets parents. Since a lot of our readers are parents, I thought it would be helpful to mention it. The company behind the panel is C+R Research, a Chicago-based marketing research company. This is more than just a survey site. It’s an online community where parents can connect with each other and discuss things. Of course, for us, the draw is their unique survey panel. As you can imagine their surveys (usually) revolve around topics and products related to parenting (which covers just about any category of products – food, entertainment, clothing, electronics, etc.) Almost all surveys here pay a flat payment of $1. But it doesn’t end there… A lot of their surveys have follow-up questions which can pay $20-$50. So there is potential for making some serious money here. 6. KidzEyes: Survey site for kids 6 to 12 Official website: Kidzeyes.com Minimum to cash out: $10 Pay via: PayPal, Check We talked about a parents exclusive survey panel, it’s only fair to mention one for kids as well. KidzEyes’ parent company is also the Chicago-based marketing research company C+R Research. As you can imagine, their surveys are geared towards products that kids use – toys, electronics, games, TV shows, music, clothing, etc. To get in you must be 6-12 years old and live in the United States. They conduct surveys for major manufacturers and companies in order to help them gather feedback from kids to help them develop better and improved products. Although, sometimes you (as a parent) may be asked to participate in a survey as well. The reward system All surveys earn you points known as KidzPoints (how original!). Each point equals about one cent. So 100 points = $1. Once you have $10 in your account, you can request a cash out via either PayPal or check. There is also a monthly KidzEyes SuperPoll survey that kids are invited to. If you participate, you earn an entry for a chance to win $100 instantly. Overall this is a fun site that not only allows your kids to earn a little pocket money, but they also get to share their opinion about things they use every day in their life and help shape the future developments of those products. 7. TeensEyes: Survey site for teens 13 to 18 Official website: Teenseyes.com Minimum to cash out: $10 Pay via: Check Ok, we talked about parents, we talked about kids under 12, now it’s time to talk about a panel that caters to teens. Not surprisingly, the same company that’s behind ParentSpeack and KidzEyes is behind TeensEyes. They only accept teens between 13 and 18. And as you can imagine, it is a panel that focuses on conducting studies for products and services that teens use – snack, video games, apps, TV shows, music, movies, clothing, etc. Getting Paid For every single survey, you earn points – anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand. Each point is worth 1¢ each. So every survey can earn you between $2 to $20. Of course, there are some that pay less or more. To cash out, you need at least 1000 points ($10) which will be paid

Believe, The Walnut Room at Macy’s in Chicago, IL Canon 5DIII, Canon 24-105L @ 24mm, ISO 3200, 1/90th, f/4, hand-held Inside a department store, the ambient light will be low and you probably won’t be allowed to use a tripod. The solution is to crank up your ISO. You’ll want your shutter speed as fast as possible to prevent motion blur. If you have a steady hand or if your lens has stabilization, you’ll be able to hand-hold at lower shower speeds but a high ISO – think 2000 to 4000 – should give your shutter speed the boost it needs. Composing your images In addition to the riot of holiday color, department stores are filled with signage, bright spotlights, and people so be creative when you compose your images. Try unusual perspectives to help you avoid distracting elements. Here at the Walnut Room in Macy’s Chicago you can photograph the tree from the ground floor, from the elevator, and from the upper gallery. The first image above was shot from a low vantage point. The result emphasizes the angled red ceiling and the word “Believe.” The second image looks down, emphasizing the size of the tree. The great tree, The Walnut Room at Macy’s in Chicago, IL Canon 5DIII, Canon 24-105L @ 24mm, ISO 3200, 1/30th, f/6.7, hand-held Sometimes it helps to zoom in when you compose. Don’t worry about fitting the entire tree into your frame. Instead, move around and find a composition with repeating elements, like the smaller tree projected on the wall. Pink Christmas, the streets of London, England Canon 70D, Canon 18-55 @ 36mm, ISO 200, 1/13th, f/5.6, hand-held If you don’t have an iconic location like Macy’s Walnut Room near you, head to your local shopping mall or main street shopping district. Shop owners work hard to make their storefronts look beautiful. Again, think outside the box when you compose your images. The trees in the image above caught my eye because they were pink and purple, rather than the traditional red and green. These two trees flanked an open shop door. Since the inside of the shop wasn’t very attractive, the solution was to stand to the side, get low, and focus on the sparkly pink snowflake. The tree on the opposite side of the door then fades into a lovely blur of bokeh. 2. Look for lights Cities are great places for holiday photo walks and image making. Make sure to check out large parks and plazas that usually have lighted trees. Super large outdoor trees make great focal points. They also make great backdrops when using larger apertures because the twinkly lights blur into a beautiful bokeh. When shooting in the city, arrive just before dusk to scout your location and find good backgrounds. A beautiful time of day to shoot the holiday lights is the hour after sunset because the

MY BLOG - 7 Tip–How to Add DeptH into Your Photos

7 Tips – How to Add Depth and Dimension into Your Photos Photographers have the same dilemma that painters have faced for centuries – how to show a three-dimensional subject in a two-dimensional frame. When you add depth it helps create a sense of place and draw the viewer into your images. It also shows a deeper understanding of the principles of composition in photography. The techniques and tips listed in this article will help you convey a stronger sense of depth in your photos. 1. Use leading lines One of the easiest ways to convey depth in an image is to use a wide-angle lens and include lines that move from the bottom of the frame to the top. This technique is used mainly in landscape and architectural photos. The lines don’t have to be obvious. Take this photo as an example. The rocks form natural lines that lead the eye from the foreground to the island on the horizon. In the image below, the waterways in the middle distance take the eye through the photo to the distant mountains. They are meandering, rather than straight, which helps give the image a more organic feel that fits well with the theme of landscape. 2. Use perspective This photo demonstrates how lines can add depth in a different way. The buildings form converging lines that disappear towards the horizon, creating a sense of depth very effectively. This technique is similar to an artist’s use of perspective. I’ve added lines so you can see how it works. 3. Think foreground, middle ground, and background Most

MY BLOG -10 Ideas to Instantly Improve Your Photos

10 Ideas to Instantly Improve Your Photography Composition   My photography training took place back in the early 90s, at an intense technical photo school in California. I love tech in all forms, and I love reading my camera manual. I love the precision and procedure of processing my own colour film, and I love learning the ever-advancing skills on photo software – I am a total tech nerd. But technical knowledge will only get you so far; it’s really the second part of the story in photography. Photography composition is the first part. The first part is your vision of what you want your photography to be, and learning the ability to compose compelling images. Your technical knowledge will only give you the ability to execute your vision, and make the most of the composition that you have created. It can’t replace the ability to see and to compose stunning compositions. So all things should flow from a good composition. And when we are learning about composition I like to keep in mind that quote that may or may not have been spoken by Picasso (it’s under dispute on the internet): “Learn the rules like a pro and break them like an artist.” Rules, guidelines, ideas about composition will give you a place to start, help develop your skills and propel you out of a rut. But they should not be followed slavishly or forever. Here are my ideas on what you can do to make your compositions more captivating. But, bear in mind that creating totally unique compositions comes down to creating your own style . So don’t be swayed too much by other photographers’ advice on this subject. Photography is an examination of the world through your eyes, it’s totally subjective, totally about connecting with what inspires and excites you. Just pick up ideas that make sense and motivate you. To practice, pick one concept from below that jumps out. Don’t take all these ideas and try to incorporate them into your photography all at once. Pick one and really embrace it – then the results will come. So here are my 10 favourite tips on how you can instantly improve your composition. 1. Light “Light makes photography. Embrace light. Admire it. Love it. But above all, know light. Know it for all you are worth, and you will know the key to photography.” George Eastman For me more than anything, photography is about light, and learning to identify interesting light is one of the best skills to learn. Light that is doing something interesting, or is beautiful or colourful; will take a good subject and turn it into something completely amazing. Light is my starting point when I am taking photos. It is the thing I consider first, and what affects me the most when deciding what to photograph. Look for light doing strange and wonderful things – creating long shadows, diffused light falling over a broken wall, reflecting, creating bursts of colour. Look for the colour of light, too: the cool blue light before dawn, the cold, almost transparent light of a winter’s afternoon, the rich orange light of near twilight – and how that affects your subject. Think always: how can I get the best out of the light that I am photographing? In the photograph above, the beautiful light is obvious. I have used the silhouette of the column, to contrast the dappled light which is illuminating the clouds beautifully. This contrast makes the light look spectacular because it’s showing off its range of colours and depth against the heavy dark column. Learning to notice light in all its forms and colours is an excellent way to improve your compositions. When you see a subject you wish to photograph, look at the light around it. If it’s not interesting light – if it’s flat, boring, or draining the sense of colour – have a look at what else is happening with the weather. Maybe you can wait for clouds to pass, come back later or earlier in the day, see if you can organize the composition to incorporate light from other sources. It doesn’t have to be natural light. Artificial light, and particularly the play of natural and artificial light, can make an inspirational combination. Here’s another photo where the main subject is the light, but this one is more subtle. The absence of light is most pronounced in this shot, and then all of sudden the glow of dawn light is reflected in the windows. Again, there is a contrast of darkness against light. There is lots of negative space in this photo, an overload of industrial blandness, wastelands. And then these two buildings and the sudden glow of the charming light. 2. Simplicity: think in threes “The ability to simplify means to eliminate the unnecessary so that the necessary may speak.” Hans Hofmann Simplicity is often very hard to accomplish, and can be more challenging than more complex compositions. I find there can be a misunderstanding about how to achieve simplicity in your photos. People often think it’s about taking a photo of one subject. But actually I rarely take photos which contain only one subject. Usually there has to

MY BLOG -Company Pays You to Listen to Phone Calls

This Company Pays You to Listen to Phone Calls from Home   Long-time readers will know that I’ve looked into quite a few ways to make money online. Sometimes the methods are simple, like making money listening to music, and sometimes they’re a bit more abstract. Today, let’s talk about how you can get paid to listen to phone calls right from the comfort of your own home!  There are tons of companies that will hire you to work from home, but as far as I know there is only one that pays you to listen and review phone calls from home– Humanatic. When I looked into it, the community feedback on Humanatic seemed to be predominantly positive, so I decided I would try it out. About the Company While the website that you’ll be going to is called Humanatic, there is another, larger company behind the scenes: Century Interactive. How it works is that CI hires people to listen to calls and review them. You will be listening to them for ‘quality assurance,’ which means that you’ll be

MY BLOG 10 Things Nobody Tells Photography Newbies

10 Things Nobody Tells Photography Newbies   Every time you read an article or a book, a blog post, or a tutorial, there is always something new to learn about photography. Technology is always moving forward, software being improved, new features and functionality released. Someone has a new technique or tip to share. So many things to learn, yet it is one of the joys of photography as well. Your boundaries are in many ways limitless, it is an artform you can take and develop and make it your own. Still there were many things on my journey that had to be learned the hard way, as is often the case. There are some fundamental things it took a while to understand, mostly because no one shared these nuggets of information. Maybe they just thought it was so obvious, that everyone would figure it out? Hopefully these tips from my experiences will help you in your photography journey. 1. Photography is hard to learn Your camera is a marvel of modern technology and science, with lots of buttons and dials, and all sorts of fancy features. To have control over how it creates your images, you need to learn how to use it with some level of skill. Then there is the art side of the equation; composition, framing, mood, telling a story. So, many new concepts and ideas to learn, both technical and creative. Dropping $3500 on a fancy new DLSR and lens doesn’t make you a capable photographer, any more than buying a set of chef knives makes you a Michelin starred chef. Your camera is a tool, which needs thousands of hours of time invested into learning how to use it. If you aren’t prepared to read books, watch videos, and go out again and again to shoot, then your rate of improvement will be minimal. 2. Photography is an expensive exercise It starts with the really expensive bits, the camera body and the lens. Before long you will want more lenses. A camera bag is necessary to carry it all. A tripod to hold it still. Filters for long exposure shots. Wireless remotes, flash or other lighting gear, the list goes on. There is always something new and shiny to spend money on. Don’t forget things like decent footwear and outdoor clothes. Gas and accommodation costs for travelling locally, plus fees to get into parks also need to be accounted for. Travelling overseas is a luxury for many people. Don’t forget insurance too. It all adds up to a lot of money. 3. Camera gear is heavy Good quality lenses are full of optical quality glass, and as a result they can be quite heavy. By the time you have two or three of them, and a DLSR body and other accessories, your kit can easily weigh 5kg (11 lbs.) or more. The more gear you have, the more you have to carry with you. This is one of the reasons the four thirds (mirrorless) technology is becoming

MY BLOG - How to Use Swagbucks to Make Cash

How to Use Swagbucks to Make Cash or Gift Cards   If you have been trying to learn a few ways to make money online, you’ve probably heard of Swagbucks by now. You may have even read a few Swagbucks reviews and are wondering if it’s a scam or legit reward program. But what is Swagbucks, anyway? It’s an online reward program that pays you for doing the things you already do online. Things like: Watching videos Searching the web Playing games Taking online surveys Shopping And much more And if used correctly, just a few minutes a day is enough to earn you an extra $758,25 a year. I’ll show you exactly how, in a moment. I will also show you a simple way you can get a free $5 on the site. But first, let’s debunk the myth of Swagbucks being a scam.    Swagbucks is a legit company For a start, it doesn’t cost you anything to sign up. They’ve been around since 2005, which is a long time in Internet terms. What’s more, if you check them out with the Better Business Bureau you will find that they have an A+ rating, which is about as good as it can get. And if that’s not enough, here are some facts and statistics that show this is a real legitimate company that aims to stick around. In 2006, Prodege LLC, the California-based company behind Swagbucks, introduced its first product: private label search engines that allowed charities to raise funds by having supporters perform internet searches. The company has also been on Inc. 500 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Companies for 4 years in a row. They’ve built up nearly 2 million Facebook fans, which says a lot for how well they are regarded. They give out over 7000 free gift cards every single day. So far, they have paid out more than $127,148,285.00 There is much more I can add to this list, but you get the picture. As for me personally, I have been a member for years and have received tons of free gift cards and PayPal payments over the years. Of course, like any other legitimate company, there are a few complaints here and there against them. That’s to be expected. Let’s be real, you can’t please everyone, no matter how hard you try! Even the biggest and most trusted brands out there – Amazon, Apple, Microsoft – have a few unhappy customers. But that doesn’t make these companies scam. Would a scam site spend more than a hundred million dollars paying its users? I think not! How do I sign up? So, now that we have established the legitimacy of the site, it’s time to get you started in earning cash and free gift cards in your spare time. Swagbucks makes it easy to join. You can either sign in through your Facebook account, or if you don’t like linking your social media, your email address will do. Now, remember I said something about getting a free $5? Well, we have worked out a special deal with SB where every MoneyPantry reader who signs up gets a free $5 sign up bonus. All you have to do is use this link to sign up for Swagbucks to get your free $5 bonus. Once you confirm your account, your account will be credited with $5. I am willing to bet that’s probably one of the easiest five dollars you’ll ever make. How to earn money with Swagbucks fast There are some things you should do if you’re serious about earning money here. Start by filling out your profile on the site, downloading the browser extension which gives you a “Swag Button”, and switching your searches over to the Swagbucks search bar. If you need help doing any of these things, you’ll find clear instructions on the website. Once you’re all setup, you can start earning points. Each Swag Buck is worth about a cent, and you get different amounts for doing different tasks. Though it may not sound like much, it adds up over time. Plus, this company is basically paying you for doing things you already do online, anyway. Now we are going to show you how to earn even more. 1. Search the Web Who wouldn’t want to get paid to search? If you use the site as your default search engine and you do a typical amount of searches each day, you’ll find you get between 25 and 50 Swag Bucks on a daily basis. Sometimes they even throw in a bonus. This is a great way to accumulate points doing what you already online several times a day  searching.   It truly is a way to earn money without changing any of your habits. 2. Shop Online I think everybody knows about eBates, where you get paid to shop online. Swagbucks has exactly the same type of program where you can earn cash back for shopping from many online retailers including Amazon.com. The amount of cash back you earn depends on the store, products, and how much money you spend. For example, with Amazon in some categories they give you as many as 4 SBs for every dollar you spend. That’s the same as getting a 4% discount. The shopping portal includes a huge number of online retailers including: Amazon Walmart Target Macy’s Gap Best Buy and many more. To make it easier and faster, install their little browser add on. Whenever you visit an online store, it lets you know whether or not that store is a participant of the program and how much SB you can earn. 3. Take Surveys A great way to earn more points is to take online surveys. And when I say “survey,” I mean real market research studies, like the ones conducted by legit survey sites like GlobalTest Market and MySurvey. Some of these surveys can pay up to 300 SB points. Of course, unlike the methods above, now

MY BLOG - 9 Tips to Write a Catchy Garage Sale Ad

9 Tips to Write a Catchy Garage Sale Ad That Attracts Hoards of Buyers   When it comes to having a successful a garage sale, there’s nothing more important than the ads. Sure, the items that you’re actually selling have a big impact, but even if you’ve got great merchandise, if you don’t market your garage sale properly, no one is going to show up and buy it. That’s why making sure that your yard sale ads are well written is so important. Fortunately, we’ve put together some simple, but effective tips on how to write a garage sale ad – whether it’s for Craigslist, the classifieds, or a sign you plan to place in the neighborhood.  1. Create a catchy headline One of the most important elements of a garage sale ad is the headline. It may not help you sell everything at your garage sale, but your headline is your hook. It’s what draw’s people in and it gives potential customers their first impression of your sale. So, take your time creating it. Your headline should be catchy enough to get shoppers to read the rest of your ad and it should tell them the what and where, briefly of course. Don’t make the mistake of making it too generic either. Let’s take a look at some examples…   Let’s say for example that you’re clearing out the attic of vintage stuff to sell at your yard sale. You might say: “Midtown Attic Sale” And that’s fine, but the example below is better: “Antique Hoarder Downsizing Sale” The term “hoarder” adds a little personality to the headline and the word “antique” makes your merchandise sound much more appealing and exciting. Or, you could say: “Downtown Emptying the Attic Sale” This again is a bit more personable that the first example, and the phrase “emptying the attic” tells the reader that you’re going to have a fairly large selection of items. 2. Include a specific date and time Okay, so once you’ve created an attention grabbing headline, you need to tell people when your garage sale is going on. Include not only the date that you’re hosting it, but also a specific time. This is something that any people forget to do, even though it’s super important. If you don’t put a time, then people could show up really early before the yard sale has begun – and no one wants a group of strangers knocking at the door at the crack of dawn! So, include a time. You don’t have to include the exact time that the yard sale will last in your ad. Just include a start time. 3. Give specific details about the location Another neglected element of the garage sale ad is the location. Don’t make the mistake of being vague with your address. Putting the name of your

MY BLOG - 60 Small Business Ideas for Teenagers

60 Small Business Ideas for Teenagers & Kids   Kids starting a business may sound crazy and far-fetched, but it is happening all over the place. From kids with lemonade stands in your neighborhood and teens taking over the Silicon Valley with their ideas to the youth entrepreneurs with million dollar start-ups in Africa, entrepreneurship is growing rapidly among the younger generation. Today’s kids are no longer satisfied with internships and summer jobs. They want to become financially independent as soon as possible. They see other young entrepreneurs, like Mark Zuckerberg, who have changed the world while making billions of dollars, and they want to do the same.  Enter Youth Entrepreneurship With teens unemployment rate hovering around 25%, today’s youth are realizing to become financially independent they need to be their own boss. Fortunately, the startup culture of today, combined with the many tools and resources like crowdfunding start-ups, have made it much easier than ever for anyone, including kids, to launch their own business. Now, no one’s pretending that it’s easy, although some things are easier to do than others. There are tons of online jobs for teens that any kid can pick up. But to be an entrepreneur, you have to be a self-starter, able to triumph over setbacks and have the courage to do things that others may not.   In return, the young entrepreneur will learn many skills that will serve for life, such as being creative, responsible, dealing with finances, and even being a leader if the business grows. But I don’t have a new business idea! You don’t need a new idea! You don’t have to have a new business idea to make it. Sure, having a new and revolutionary idea is great, but it’s also risky. On the other hand, tried-and-true methods are less risky. You can build upon the experience of people who came before you. And if you can manage to put your own twist to an already existing idea, it will be even better. Remember, MySpace existed long before Facebook. But Zuckerberg came along, put a new twist to the idea and created something entirely new that now 1 in 4 people on earth use every day. Ready to start your own business? Here is a selection of awesome small (and big) business ideas for kids and teens that can be used as they are, or brainstormed into even better ideas. 1. Selling used books Student textbooks are particularly sought after, so a teen looking to make some money probably has a good start. Unless you can find a source of books, this is more of a one-off project to make money, but if you can become the middleman, perhaps selling off friends’ books too, it will be worthwhile. To make a real business out of this, you have to start buying and selling used books. 2. Creating websites and blogging If you have a particular passion or are an expert in something that people may want to read about, blogging about it can be a great way to monetize that knowledge. Doesn’t matter what topic(s) you are an expert on, if you are well-informed about it and can help people understand it, you can blog about it. There are successful blogs on just about anything you can think of – food, cooking, health, sports, money, education…. But if there are already blogs about everything, I won’t have a chance of making it! Not with that again! Remember

MY BLOG - Letgo App Review: Buy & Sell Used Stuff

Letgo Review: Is It Safe & Easy to Buy & Sell Used Stuff with This App? Today, we’re going to review the rather new (ish) Letgo app. It’s an app that lets you buy and sell virtually anything quickly, easily and locally. When it comes to selling stuff, there is no shortage of apps and websites one can use. Unfortunately, most of them don’t do you any good. I really enjoyed Letgo’s TV ads (especially the “jump” one where the lady sells her old sewing machine while sky diving), so I wanted to see what it was all about, and whether it is any better than the rest.  With Letgo, you can make money from the stuff you no longer use – whether that’s an unused coffee table or unwanted books. You can also get your hands on some great products for bargain prices in your local area. Letgo is similar to Craigslist except it’s solely an app, so you can’t use it on a desktop like you can Craigslist. If you’ve got some unwanted stuff lying around the house, sell ’em through Letgo may be a good option to make some money. How does Letgo work? Letgo works like a mobile classifieds, where people can buy and sell stuff, quickly and easily. It’s aimed at people looking to buy and sell locally. They currently operate in a dozen or so countries but the strongest market for now are the United States and Canada.   Selling an item through Letgo is super simple. Through the app, you can snap photos, list items to sell and chat with potential buyers. It takes seconds to post an item for sale, and the app gives you the ability to chat with potential buyers instantly. Here’s a little more information on exactly how Letgo works…. Getting started As we said above, using Letgo is really easy. All you need to do is: Download the app on your phone. You can get it for Android and iOS devices, handily enough. Register for an account with Letgo. All you need to do to sign up is enter a valid email address, create a password and ad a photo. Now, you’ve got your account and you’re ready to buy and sell! Navigating the platform It’s is a fairly simple app to navigate. On the main page of the app, you’ll see items that other users have listed for sale. You’ll also see a search bar that you can use to hunt for items. From the homepage, you can view categories, like “movies, books & music” and “electronics” as well. It’s a good idea to take a look through them, so that you can see where the items you want to sell should be listed and to see what things other people are selling. The Letgo app has a top cities and top state section you can look through too. If you want to sell something, then all you need to do is click on the “sell your stuff” option, and from there, you can snap photos and chat with other users once your listing is live. Selling stuff on Letgo After you’ve created your profile and have an item to sell, here’s what you need to do next: Tap on

MY BLOG - Garage Sale Pricing Guide: 10 Tips

Garage Sale Pricing Guide: 10 Tips for Putting the Correct Price Tag on Your Items   Share your thoughts -Comment   One of the toughest parts of holding a garage sale is deciding how to price everything. You don’t want to put your prices too low, or your profits won’t be worth the time you spent setting up the yard sale, but you don’t want to set them too high either, as no one’s going to buy anything. So if you don’t want to lose money or have tons of yard sale leftovers, you need to price things correctly. And when it comes to pricing garage sale items, there’s a sweet spot that you need to find. This isn’t always easy. Fortunately, we’ve put together some simple tips and easy to implement methods on how to price garage sale items.  1. Price everything Yard sales can get hectic, and having to answer the question “how much do you want for this” over and over again can get pretty irritating. A big mistake that many sellers make is not putting a price on their yard sale goods. Customers don’t want to have to ask the seller what the price is for every item that they pick up – having to do that will leave them feeling frustrated, and shy buyers might even leave without asking at all. So follow this simple rule: put a price on everything! If you want to a save a bit of time, then group together items that are all priced the same, place them on one stand and put one big price sign above them. For example, if you’re offloading a ton of DVDs, then put up a sign that says “DVDS $1 each” or “all items on this table $2”.   2. Use price tags to make prices clear Aside from failing to price items altogether, many sellers also make the mistake of not displaying their prices clearly enough. Shoppers don’t want to have to hunt for the price of an item – it should be easy to find. I’d suggest using colored price tags (you can find them on Amazon or even your local or online Dollar Stores). Use specific colors for specific price points. For example, red tags for $0.50 items, blue tags for $1, and so on. That said, make sure you do put the actual price on each tag so people don’t get confused. Using colored price tags makes it easier for you and the buyers to know how much each item costs with a quick glance. And to make it even easier, I would create a kind of price guide on a cardboard box. On it, write something like this: Price Guide Items with RED tags: $0.50 Items with BLUE tags: $1.00 Items with YELLOW tags: $1.25 Items with GREEN tags: $2.00 Items

MY BLOG - 11 Best Cash Back Sites

11 Best Cash Back Sites  - That You Don’t Want to Shop Without!   What’s the one thing that all shoppers have in common? We all love getting cash back.   With the traditional (for lack of a better term) rebate programs that some companies offer, you have to pay full price for the item, then you have to send in your receipt (or in some cases register your purchase) or some kind of a proof of purchase and the company sends you back $x as your rebate, a few weeks/months later. It’s essentially free money. But there are a few downsides with that kind of rebate programs: Rebates are offered only on certain items. You have to send in your receipt or register your purchase within certain time frame. And you have to wait weeks/months to get the money. I don’t know many people/take who took advantage of rebates. It’s just to much hassle. Wouldn’t it be better if you could get rebates on everything you buy? Wouldn’t it be great if you could just shop as normal and get rebates without having to mail things in?   It would be! And that’s the idea behind cash back sites. Cashback websites make it so easy to get paid for shopping online: All you have to do is log into your cashback site of choice. Click on the retailer you want to shop from and do your shopping. Their tracking system will record everything and credit your account with the promised percentage of cashback. Withdraw your cash back earnings. That’s all to it! With it being so easy and painless to use, to me it’s just crazy not to use a cash back site. It’s like rejecting free money with no strings attached. How do cashback sites work? Cash back sites are the middle man of the internet. They work out deals with online retailers where for every customer they send in, the retailer gives them a commission. And in order to entice people to go through them instead of going directly to the retailer’s site, they offer cash back using some of that commission money. The amount of cashback offered varies based on the item, its price, and the cashback site you use. That last factor, yes the “cashback site you use” factor, is why you should find and shop through the ones that give you the highest percentage cashback on items you buy. So what are the best cashback sites? To me, the top rebate sites have a few qualities: They have a big list of merchants you can shop from. They give you more cashback than other sites. They make it easy to withdraw your earnings. They give you cashback on everything you buy from a store and not just a few big items. So, I did some research and found the following sites to be the best ones based on the criteria outlined above. Note: While most of these sites are based in the USA, some do operate thus accept members from a few other countries such as the U.K., Canada,  and Australia. 1. Swagbucks Swagbucks is one site that I think everyone should have bookmarked. This site allows you to earn cash and free gift cards for doing just about anything online. From taking surveys, searching, and completing offers to watching videos, playing games, and of course shopping.

Maybe you’ll find one that will work for you. 1. Butt Painting I came across the news that pictures of backsides painted with national flags are generating interest in Europe. If anybody can make a living out of this, why can’t you?… What you need to do is to convince enough people to drop their pants so you can paint on them. Take photos of your artwork and market them on the Internet. Since people have done national flags, you could try astrological signs or celebrity faces so at least you could claim to be original. Maybe money, and possibly fame, will find you. 2. Selling Virginity I am not at all for this idea but to stay true to the subject of this article, I just have to rub this in at some point. A few years back, Fox news reported on a case where Natalie Dylan, a made-up name for a real 22-year-old California college grad, was selling her virginity for  $3.7 million. You can read the story here. The fact is, some women have been selling their virginity for ages. And the way the society works nowadays, some women simply have no qualm whatsoever to advertise their virginity is for sales. Again, this is a ladies only game. 3. Professional Cuddling Service This is yet another trendy activity in modern society. The trend definitely cuts across the world and you can find this professional cuddling service in LA, Tokyo, London and many other cities.   Rumors have it that some are so hot in demand that they easily make $360a day or more. MY BLOG - The Love Machine

The Love Machine   Do vending machines in Japan offer for sale the used panties of Japanese schoolgirls?   Claim:   Vending machines in Japan offer for sale panties purportedly worn by schoolgirls. Status:   True. Origins:   Used underwear that has supposedly been previously worn by schoolgirls is being offered for sale in vending machines in Japan. Though we don't know the current price for such items, in 1993 they sold for the equivalent of US $50 apiece. We'd read that this practice ended in 1993 and reported as much in the original of this article (which was penned in 2001), but since that time numerous readers living in Japan have written to say that not only haven't the machines gone away, but that they've themselves seen them. Japan is home to a thriving bura-sera industry — of which traffic in the soiled panties of schoolgirls represents only one part — with "bura-sera" or "buru-sera" the term for a specific male fascination relating to that country's schoolgirls. "Buru" is anglicized Japanese (Japlish) for "bloomers" and "sera" for "sailor"; the term refers to the sailor suit, the predominant style of girls' junior and high school uniforms. Dozens, if not hundreds, of magazines are exclusively devoted to bura-sera photographs, pictures that feature girls clad in school garb, holding up their skirts to display their panties. Usually in such photos the girls' faces are hidden, but that is not always the case. Girlish youth and innocence are considered

MY BLOG - Get paid to Test Products

Get paid to Test Products   Product Testing Items for Free: 40 Legit Companies There are many companies that give out free products to test, like Walmart, Unfortunately, many people don’t know how and where to spot these product testing opportunities.   Sure, there are some survey and review sites where you can buy products to test and you get paid for them, but we are talking about companies that give away totally free products to try. You don’t get paid for testing (although getting free stuff to me is like getting paid,) but you can get almost anything for free. 40 Legit Companies That Give Free Samples to Try If you’re looking for legit product testing opportunities, these companies are known for giving free samples and products to consumers: 1. BzzAgent This is a company that sends you all kinds of products to test for free. I was just reporting based on my personal experience a while back when they indeed used to send follow-up surveys and you’d be paid if you took those surveys. 2. Minute Rice You can become a member of their Riceipe Club® where you get the chance to not only receive free products and samples to test, but you also get coupons and special discounts. 3. Amazing 13-Million-Year-Old Ape Skull Discovered

MY BLOG - Amazing Discovered

Amazing 13-Million-Year-Old Ape Skull Discovered The remarkable skull is so well preserved, scientists can see the young ape’s unerupted teeth and an impression of its brain. More than 13 million years ago in what’s now northern Kenya, an infant ape ended up dead in a lush forest, its body blanketed in ashfall from a nearby volcanic eruption. Millions of years later, scientists uncovered the baby ape’s skull, the best-preserved of its kind ever found, and got an extraordinarily glimpse into the early stages of ape evolution. “We’ve been looking for ape fossils for years—this is the first time we’re getting a skull that’s complete,” says Isaiah Nengo, the De Anza College anthropologist who led the discovery, supported by a National Geographic Society grant and the Stony Brook University-affiliated Turkana Basin Institute. Roughly the size of a lemon, the skull belongs to a newly identified species of early ape named Nyanzapithecus alesi. Some of its features resemble those of today’s living Old World monkeys and apes, and the face bears a striking resemblance to today’s infant gibbons.

KRIPTO TEHNOLOGIJE

ŠTO JE BITCOIN? II.
