Caviar D'aubergines Salata frantuzesca de vinete     Acest fel de mancare isi are radacinile din bucataria mediteraneana. Este intalnita in Armenia ( patlatchan), in Romania ( Salata vinete); Turcia ( patlican Salatası), Bulgaria ( kyopolou), Grecia ( melitzanosalata), Iordania ( Baba ganousch ), Liban ( mtabba sau Moutabal), etc.

Secrets Of The Ring Road: Iceland’s Epic Road Trip

Secrets Of The Ring Road: Iceland’s Epic Road Trip BY MATTHEW KARSTEN  Driving Iceland’s Ring Road RING ROAD, ICELAND There’s nothing like a good road trip. Especially when driving past active volcanoes, blue icebergs, roaring waterfalls, and northern lights on Iceland’s Ring Road. If you’re searching for an unforgettable adventure travel experience, a road trip around Iceland’s Ring Road will not disappoint. It’s difficult to describe in words. The country is visually captivating in a way I’ve not seen elsewhere. Lurking around every bend a stunning new landscape reveals itself. I traveled the Ring Road in October/November for a project with LifeProof to test their awesome waterproof iPhone cases in harsh environments, like wet & windy Iceland. Driving Iceland’s Ring Road will expose you to bubbling geothermal springs, sparkling rainbows, beautiful horses, tumultuous waterfalls, and rugged mountains in a single day. Oh, and you may even catch the magic of the Northern Lights a few times too. Now repeat for 7 days, throw in the occasional glacial ice cave or erupting volcano, and you’ll start to appreciate what traveling in Iceland is actually like. However you must experience the country for yourself to understand! In this travel guide I’ll help you get the most out of a Ring Road adventure. Need a place to stay in Iceland? Click here for accommodation deals. 7 Day Ring Road Route Driving Iceland’s Ring Road If you haven’t figured it out by the map above, Iceland’s Ring Road encircles the entire country covering over 800 miles on Route 1. While you could technically drive the whole thing in less than 24 hours, the reality is it will take you at least a week with stops on along the way. This is because you’ll be stopping a lot. Like every 5 minutes! The photography opportunities in Iceland are unbelievable, and you’ll find yourself constantly pulling over for photos. I gave myself 7 days to drive the Ring Road, and almost didn’t make it back to Reykjavik in time. Weather can also be a factor if you are traveling in the fall or winter, as sudden snowstorms are common, and roads can be treacherous or even impassable. My Happy Campers Van A Peek Inside the Van Camper Van Rental Renting a car for your Iceland road trip is essential. Sure, there are bus tours that drive the route, but a self-drive tour is the way to go. You can stop anywhere you want, for as long as you want, giving you complete freedom. I drove the ring road in Iceland with a van from Happy Campers. The major benefit of renting a camper is that it covers your accommodation too, enabling you to pull over and sleep pretty much anywhere. It was perfect to maximize my time exploring & photographing landscapes. My van was equipped with a fold-down bed, sink with running water, electric cooler, gas grill, heating system, and a large solar panel to help power it all. The vans are modern & easy to drive, fitted with studded tires which came in handy for a few icy mountain passes I encountered on the route. They also have 4×4 models available. Exploring Iceland’s Back Roads Planning An Iceland Road Trip Gas Stations Gas is expensive in Iceland at $2 USD per liter ($7.50 per gallon). Gas stations are easy to find around towns, but in the countryside they are less frequent. Some foreign credit cards may need to be used inside rather than at the pump. Fill up whenever you can, especially in winter, just in case you’re stuck in a snowstorm overnight. Gas for the entire ring road journey cost me $300 USD. Groceries Stock up on groceries before you leave for your road trip. Iceland has a famous budget supermarket called Bónus that’s perfect for this. You can’t miss it — the logo is a giant cartoon pig. Many gas stations along the ring road also offer pre-made sandwiches, hot soup, and basic groceries for sale too. So you can buy basic food supplies along the way. GPS & Mobile Phone If your cellphone is unlocked, you can buy a local prepaid Icelandic SIM card from theVodafone store at Kringlan Shopping Mall in Reykjavik. This gives you access to GPS maps, internet data, emergency services, and local weather reports. Accommodation If you aren’t camping or sleeping in a van, you’ll probably want to pre-book your accommodation in advance depending on the season. Try browsing guesthouse or hotel options on Booking.com. What Should You See? I’d recommend picking a few highlights and loosely planning your journey around them. Most people start their Ring Road adventure from Reykjavik or Keflavik Airport. Below you’ll find my suggested itinerary with highlights you shouldn’t miss, plus adventure activities that must be booked in advance.

Fresh Fruit Cake...a pleasant Birthday surprise for your loved one! This is a very special post and yes of course for my someone special...my little nephew who turned 4 a few days back! The tangible fantasy of H Lazarus I paint what I dream of. Sometimes literally, some other times I try to convey the “oniric feeling” in my paintings, that sensation you have when dreaming, that the Reality you’re seeing is both tangible, factual, and yet completely absurd, otherworldly. How many times in our everyday life we find ourselves stunned by mundane events, normal things, that in our mind become incomprehensible and surreal? That make you question yourself about the nature of Reality? What is Reality? Sometimes it can get very schizophrenic. ~H Lazarus

8.9.1 Top 5 New Hotels in Vegas

Top 5 New Hotels in Vegas Particularly in Las Vegas, where the party starts well before sundown and lasts far past dawn, travelers need a place to lay their weary heads. Sin City certainly doesn't suffer a shortage of places to stay, but there are a few newcomers that are leaving an impression as deep as the tried-and-true, old-time resorts. Pack your bags, and don't forget the hangover sunglasses; we're taking you to the top 5 new hotels in Vegas. The D Las Vegas Wtstoffs, Wikimedia Commons Who says you can't teach an old casino new tricks? Las Vegas's newest casino hotel, The D Las Vegas, is housed in the former Fitzgerald Casino building, a 1970s relic that's been revamped from top-to-bottom with a $15 million makeover. The D Las Vegas Casino Hotel debuted in the city's downtown section with a bang in fall 2012 -- people were giddy over a hotel with upscale and hip decor, and lower prices than its nearby luxury competitors. In a nod to the old-school Vegas Rat Pack, The D features vintage slot machines (imagine ... pulling a lever, not pressing a button!) and daily live entertainment to the delight of its guests. The hotel's 638 rooms feature a chic decor, excellent views and high-end amenities like pillow-top mattresses, flat screen TVs and Wi-Fi. The 2-storey casino also features standard game tables, and not-so-standard "Dancing Dealers," a staff of sexy, go-go dancing card dealers. Belly up to 1 of 3 on-site bars, or grab a bite at any of the 3 restaurants, like American Coney Island, which serves beach boardwalk classics like hot dogs with chili. Should you want to hit the nightlife on Fremont Street, The D is conveniently located directly above the action. Map data ©2016 Google Terms of Use 301 Fremont St Las Vegas, NV 89101 US Get Directions +1 702-388-2400 Visit Website Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas In Vegas, the word "Cosmopolitan" won't immediately trigger thoughts of the pink cocktail made popular by Sex and the City, but rather visions of the dual towers of the super luxe hotel casino Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The Cosmopolitan opened in December 2010, and may well be the last mega-resort and casino to open on the Strip for the foreseeable future, due to the global economic crisis, which has struck Vegas particularly hard. The hotel is epic; bigger and bolder concepts are the name of the game at this gigantic resort casino. Get blown away by the 3-storey chandelier with a multi-level bar tucked inside, and gaze in awe at the video panels lining the lobby's columns. Or muster up an appetite at the 3 pools or spa, and work your way through the hotel's dozen-plus restaurants, many owned by celebrity chefs and restaurateurs, such Eric Bromberg's Blue Ribbon and José Andrés's China Poblano. Finally, when it comes time to gamble, the Cosmopolitan won't disappoint. The 100,000-square-foot casino overlooks the Strip, and visitors should take notice of the incredible details put into the Cosmopolitan's design, like old-school cigarette machines doling out packs of "art" rather than cigarettes.

8.9.2 Haunted Hotels in Northeast US

Haunted Hotels in Northeast US Oyster.com’s favorite hotels have more than quaint rooms, delicious restaurants and friendly staff, but they are also home to resident ghosts. Fortunately, most of these shady characters are reportedly nice. If you dare, continue reading to find out more about the spooky spirits that sill lurk the rooms and halls of a few hotels in Northeast US.   Jailhouse Inn Originally built in 1772, the Jailhouse Inn occupies what used to be the old Newport County Jail. In keeping with the jail theme, the inn features interesting little artifacts and details throughout, such as iron bars over the lobby front desk, framed articles about famous criminals and signs directing guests to “solitary” and various “cell blocks.” Stories abound of ghosts visiting the Jailhouse, so if you keep your eyes open perhaps you’ll see one, too -- especially if you stay on the 3rd floor. Guests have felt cool gusts of wind when it’s hot outside and no windows are open, and others have heard whispering voices that can’t be explained -- all evidence of paranormal activity.

While McCarthy has a year-round population of about two dozen people, Kennicott is totally deserted. This mining town was founded in the 1900s after a group of wealthy investors discovered incredibly rich deposits of copper ore in the mountains. A railroad was promptly built to transport ore from the mines to the nearest port, in Cordova, and the company town of Kennicott was officially founded in 1911. Its name is actually a misspelling of Kennecott Copper Corporation.

FINDING MORE THAN DRACULA IN ROMANIA   August 23, 2011 / By NomadicMatt   As I wandered around Sighisoara searching for coffins, bats, vampires, and human blood, I realized Romania wasn’t going to give me what I wanted: lots of cheesy Dracula tourism. I’d been to Bran, Transylvania, and Bucharest, and so far had encountered nothing about vampires. It was odd. The Romanians just haven’t decided to get in on the vampire trend that’s spreading throughout the world. I admitted defeat. I simply wasn’t going to get what I’d hoped for. I’d have to settle for the fact Romania had turned out to be an amazing place that far exceeded all my expectations. It was as good a consolation prize as any traveler could get.

9.01.2 Menopause Symptoms

Menopause Symptoms   Menopause Symptoms to Watch For & Ways to Relieve Them   For many women, menopause is a dreaded process, especially since we usually only hear about the bad parts. Menopause is a fact of life for all women, like it or not. For many women, menopause is a dreaded process, especially since we usually only hear about the bad parts. Menopause is a fact of life for all women, like it or not What Is Menopause? Let’s take a look at exactly what menopause is all about — and what it’s not. The Women’s Health Research Institute at Northwestern University explains that there are three stages of menopause:  Perimenopause (before menopause) Menopause Postmenopause (after menopause) Unlike what many think (or how it might feel), menopause doesn’t last forever, and your body does become accustomed to the new changes with time. How long it takes depends on each individual woman, her own body and her state of overall health. Menopause is the permanent end of a woman’s menstrual cycle and therefore her years of fertility. Technically, menopause is considered to start one year following a woman’s last period (meaning she’s been experiencing “amenorrhea,” or no menstrual cycle, for one year). This means that 12 months after your very last period, you’re officially “in” menopause and likely already starting to experience some common menopause symptoms. This time period signifies the end of reproductive ovarian functioning and a transition through various hormonal changes.    What Causes Menopause Symptoms? Menopause involves many natural changes to a woman’s entire reproductive system, including her internal organs, external genitalia, breast tissue (which is capable of secreting hormones), and various reproductive and non-reproductive hormones. Around the time of your mid-30s, your ovaries start to produce less estrogen and progesterone, and therefore fertility starts to decline. The hormones primarily involved in a woman’s reproductive system, and therefore menopause, include: Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) Luteinizing hormone (LH) Estrogen (three types including estrone, estridiol and estrioll) Progesterone Testosterone Prior to menopause during the reproductive years, estradiol is the major form of estrogen, which is released primarily from the ovaries. After menopause, estrone becomes the most abundant type of estrogen produced, which is mostly released from a woman’s fat cells and adrenal glands.  Common Menopause Symptoms The rate at which various reproductive hormones adjust during menopause varies widely from woman to woman, so symptoms of menopause can be very different for each person and also very unpredictable. Hormones tend not to drop in a fast, linear fashion — rather they can spike back up at times, which helps explain why a woman’s period might still come and go during the transition through menopause. Some of the most common menopause symptoms include:

9.22.1 Franklin's Lost Expedition

Franklin's Lost Expedition Sailor who went missing during a polar expedition is about to be identified 170 years after he disappeared with his crew. In 1993 two skulls found near to where crew of HMS Erebus died in 1845 Experts have reconstructed dead men's faces using pioneering techniques One bears an uncanny resemblance to a photo of crewman James Reid Scientists are appealing for his family to come forward and take DNA tests  A sailor who went missing during a polar expedition could be about to be identified - 170 years after he and his crew vanished. Experts have used pioneering reconstruction techniques on skulls, believed to be of crew members, that were found back in 1993. One of the reconstructed skull faces bears an uncanny resemblance to James Reid, from Aberdeen, who posed for a photograph on the eve of the voyage and the image looks very similar to the reconstructed face. Now scientists have issued an appeal to Reid's descendants to come forward for DNA tests that will prove whether it is him or not. Ice Master Reid was part of an expedition of 130 men who disappeared while searching for the fabled Northwest Passage in the icy wastes off northern Canada in 1845. Ice Master Reid, a famed whaler of his time, was part of an elite unit who set off from the UK on two naval ships, HMS Erebus and HMS Terror. But the expedition - led by the decorated war hero John Frankin - ended in disaster when the ships became stranded in thick pack ice a year in. The crew was never seen again with reports they turned to cannibalism to try to survive after abandoning the ships and attempting to walk to the mainland. None of their remains have ever been identified. Last year, after decades of searching, HMS Erebus was discovered off the Canadian coast. And now experts have used pioneering reconstruction techniques used in missing person cases on two skulls found in 1993, believed to belong to the crew. The remains were found near to where they perished trying to trek to safety. +10 Discovery: Experts have used pioneering reconstruction techniques on skulls (pictured), believed to be of crew members, that were found back in 1993  The reconstructed faces, built by renowned forensic artist Diana Trepkov, show what they would have looked like. The work has been published in leading academic journal the Polar Record. Dr Doug Stenton, the Director of Heritage for the Government of Nunavut Department of Culture and Heritage, who has led archaeological digs on sites associated with the 1845 failed expedition, said it could prove to be a breakthrough. He said: 'We are not entirely sure what happened to the crew or where the bodies are. 'But it is reasonable to suggest these two skulls were crew members. 'There are no guarantees Reid will be identified but it is very exciting. It would be great if his descendants came forward. 'It means we could carry out DNA tests that could be matched to the samples we have taken from one of the skulls.' +10 Shipwreck: The HMS Erebus was found off the Canadian coast last year after decades of searching +10 Doomed ship: The expedition of 130 men disappeared while searching for the fabled Northwest Passage in the icy wastes off northern Canada in 1845

9.30.1 Sensory Processing Disorder

Home Remedies for Sensory Processing Disorder   Sensory Processing Disorder is an unfortunate neurological condition that affects many people around the world, but there are many home remedies for this disorder that can help ease the symptoms, including cognitive practice, salt therapy, homeopathy, skullcap, increasing melatonin levels, and dietary alterations. Sensory Processing Disorder Many people confuse sensory processing disorder with other forms of autism spectrum disorder, but in fact, the two are very different. Sensory Processing Disorder is characterized by the inability to properly interpret and experience sensory information from one’s environment. This issue can often go undiagnosed, and the child is instead considered overly picky, easily agitated, distracted, hard to please or simply “difficult”. The problem, of course, is that this neurological disorder can severely impact learning and behavior, a problem that can last well into their older ages. This can manifest as being overly sensitive to various textures, movement, tactile skills, and movement, or it can affect balance, eating and normal play activities. It is believed that this disorder is caused by genetic and neurological factors, many of which are still being researched. Sensory Process Disorder comes in three main types – sensory modulation disorder, sensory-based motor disorders and sensory discrimination disorders. The first is defined by the inability of the brain to interpret the duration, frequency or intensity of a sensory input, making children feel anxious and unwilling to engage or experience new sensations or activities. Essentially,

Health Benefits of Crab   Crab is more than a popular item on a seafood menu; it also offers us a number of impressive health benefits, such as its ability to increase cognition, protect the heart, reduce inflammation, strengthen bones, boost theimmune system, stimulate circulation, and detoxify the body. Crab Crabs are some of the most popular and commonly caught creatures in the sea, and while there are thousands of different species of crabs across the world, there are only a handful of species that are widely pursued as a food source, and even fewer that are raised in crab hatcheries for more controlled cultivation. Scientifically speaking, crabs are crustaceans from an intraorder called Brachyura, and possess a hard exoskeleton and two claws. There is incredible variation in the types of crabs on land and in the water, butPortunus trituberculatus is the species most likely to end up on your plate, given that over 300,000 tons of these crabs are fished each year, representing nearly 20% of all crabs caught and consumed around the world. The crab exoskeleton must first be broken and separated in order to access the nutritious meat underneath, and in some larger species, the amount of meat inside may surprise you. Crab meat is commonly found on menus around the world, but it is far more than just a delicious entree. Crab meat is packed with essential fats, nutrients and minerals that the human body needs to function normally. From selenium and omega-3 fatty acids to protein and vitamin B, crab meat is a very good addition to your diet. Now, let’s crack open this story and find out a bit more about the health benefits of crab. It must have been my favourite dessert when l was little, together with the Semolina pudding.  Alternatively, if you’ve had enough of the good old porridge, this rice pudding will make a delicious breakfast. Top it with any other fruit if you like, and throw some nuts as well, and you are good to go. A healthy and filling breakfast to keep you happy until lunch time. Yum! 10.28.1 12 Bad Habits We Mistake for Good Ones

12 Bad Habits We Mistake for Good Ones We all know that alcohol and tobacco can cause us harm and that sport and a healthy diet are good for us. But there are additional day-to-day habits that we also automatically think of as healthy without ever thinking that it might not be the case. We at Bright Side decided to find out where our ideas of what constitutes a healthy habit turn out to be mistaken.     Specialists from the University of Pittsburgh carried out research that proved that a person needs to sleep in a regular pattern in order to stay healthy. Breaking the natural rhythm of waking and sleeping can lead to diseases of the heart and to type 2 diabetes. The researchers also measured the body mass index and waistline of people who don't sleep in a regular pattern. They found that both indicators exceeded the norm for such people.       A healthy diet containing fruit and juice can give the body all the vitamins it needs. In the case of illness or pregnancy, only a doctor can determine exactly which vitamins or other elements the body needs.       The vast majority of us wash on a very regular basis. This supposedly beneficial habit can have negative consequences for our bodies, however. Hot water combined with shower gel can deprive the skin of a protective layer leading to dryness, peeling, and the appearance of cracks. This can, in turn, lead to the appearance of infections. If you're one of those people who likes to wash every day, give preference to cold water, and don't always use cleaning products. They're essential only in those areas where you sweat.       It's not a bad thing if you can avoid being in the same building as someone who is ill. But holding your breath every time the person sitting at the next desk sneezes or coughs is useless. When they sneeze, germs fly out of a person's air passages at a speed of five meters per second, and the number of these molecules is so great that there's enough for every member of the population.

10.28.2 Fun Guide To Sleeping Positions

Fun Guide To Sleeping Positions What does your sleeping habit say about your relationship? Recent psychological research carried out at the Edinburgh International Science Festival discovered an interesting fact: any change in the relationship of a loving couple immediately affects the positions that partners take in their sleep. The most important thing here is not the position in which they cuddle before going to sleep or the one that they take right after they fell asleep. The position they sleep in all night long and wake up in the morning is the only one that really matters. Inspired by the research of Professor Richard Wiseman (University of Hertfordshire) and the work of psychologist Corinne Sweet, we at Bright Side have decided to create this fun guide to sleeping positions for couples that hopefully will give you a better understanding of your relationship. The ’Honeymoon Hug’ position   This position tends to occur if the couple has just started dating or had to spend some time apart from each other. The position is also popular among married couples if their family life is still passionate and full of tenderness and love. The ’Dialogue’ position   This position is very common among those partners who maintain a strong connection between each other but still need to spend more time together and to communicate more often. The ’Stargazing’ position   Both partners sleep on their backs. Usually, one person is laying on their back while the other rests their head on their partner’s shoulder, making him or her the more dependent one. This couple has great chemistry, but sometimes one of them finds it a little uncomfortable being forced to take the other one’s point of view (and in this case, position) into consideration.

11.21.1 How Snow Forms

How Snow Forms       Snow in the atmosphere Once snow crystals form in the atmosphere, they grow by absorbing surrounding water droplets. The snowflakes we end up seeing on the ground are an accumulation of these ice crystals. This magnified image of snow crystals was captured by a low-temperature scanning electron microscope (SEM). The pseudo colors commonly found in SEM images are computer generated, and in this case highlight the different flake formations. —Credit: Agricultural Research Service, United States Department of Agriculture Whether winter storms produce snow relies heavily on temperature, but not necessarily the temperature we feel here on the ground. Snow forms when the atmospheric temperature is at or below freezing (0 degrees Celsius or 32 degrees Fahrenheit) and there is a minimum amount of moisture in the air. If the ground temperature is at or below freezing, the snow will reach the ground. However, the snow can still reach the ground when the ground temperature is above freezing if the conditions are just right. In this case, snowflakes will begin to melt as they reach this higher temperature layer; the melting creates evaporative cooling which cools the air immediately around the snowflake. This cooling retards melting. As a general rule, though, snow will not form if the ground temperature is at least 5 degrees Celsius (41 degrees Fahrenheit). While it can be too warm to snow, it cannot be too cold to snow. Snow

While brie is a pretty strong, potent cheese, the nectarines are the star of the show, packing a lot of juicy flavour into this galette. The brie flavour comes through as a subtle aftertaste, tying it all together. I’m really not sure what my favourite part of this dessert is. The gorgeous, rustic look. Fresh, herby basil. Colourful, juicy nectarine slices. A subtle brie aftertaste. The ease of making this dough (waaay easier than pie dough!) The buttery, flakey crust.

11.03.2 I Can't Stand The Rain

I Can't Stand The Rain    The song was written by Peebles, her partner (and later husband) Don Bryant, and DJ Bernard "Bernie" Miller in 1973.  Produced by Willie Mitchell, the song became Peebles' biggest hit when, in 1973, it reached #38 on the US Pop Chart and #6 on the R&B/Black Chart; it also reached #41 on the UK singles chart in April 1974. The organ is played by Charles Hodges.[3] It was one of John Lennon's favorite songs and in a Billboard magazine article he commented, "It's the best song ever." Ian Dury made this song one of his choices when he was the guest for BBC Radio 4's Desert Island Discs in December 1996 In 1978 Eruption released a disco-oriented remake, which peaked at number six on the disco chart[5] and became the group's biggest hit (number 18 on the Billboard Hot 100). 03.02.02 Asian Spice Brined Roast Chicken

Asian Spice Brined Roast Chicken   This perfectly roasted, succulent chicken uses a 24 hour brining method to infuse flavor and moisture into the juicy meat. This one you will be proud to bring to the table. Asian Spice Brined Roast Chicken – Sunday dinner is still a big deal in our family and what better for the occasion than a perfectly roasted chicken? Isn’t this one a beauty? To tell the truth, besides the fact that brining poultry adds deep seasoned flavor and ensures succulent , juicy meat, I also love the way that it allows for an evenly cooked skin. I think the extra moisture in the skin of the brined roast chicken takes more time to brown and when it does, it does so more evenly. I mean, look at that chicken! It looks like it popped out of a Norman Rockwell painting.   The brining process is the absolute best way to add flavor to the chicken meat as well. Herbs, spices, onion, shallots, garlic and citrus are all great choices to add to the brining mix. On this occasion, I decided to experiment with some Asian inspired spice flavors and it was absolutely delicious. Some of my tips for brining poultry include: 1) Don’t choose too large a container. Use one that’s large enough to submerge the chicken but not much larger. This will ensure that your herbs, spices and other flavor elements stay concentrated and more intensely flavor the chicken. 2) When using fresh herbs, chop them finely to extract as much flavor as possible. 3) When using dried spices or herbs, like in this recipe, steep them for 5-10 minutes in a cup or two of boiling water before adding to the rest of the brining liquid. 4) Don’t fear that you are using too much salt and reduce the amount. The vast majority of the salt will get thrown out with the brining liquid; it only seems like a larger amount because of the need to dissolve it in a large volume of water. 5) For perfectly browned chicken skin, dry it well with paper towels after it comes out of the brining liquid and let the chicken stand uncovered in the fridge for several hours if you can for the surface of the skin to dry out a little. This ensures that the outermost surface skin will seal faster in the oven, which will not only aid in browning but keep the meat moister as it roasts. Asian Spice Brined Roast Chicken

Strawberry No-Bake Cheesecakes

Strawberry No-Bake Cheesecakes by RACHEL CONNERS       These cheesecakes are also incredibly simple to make. The crust is just Oreo cookie crumbs mixed with melted butter and pressed into the pan. DONE! For the filling, you reduce strawberry puree to maximize fresh strawberry flavor without making the cheesecakes too runny. After the strawberry puree has cooled, you whip it with cream cheese, powdered sugar, and frozen whipped topping (like Cool Whip). As you try to resist eating it all, spread the cheesecake filling into the crusts and pour the chocolate ganache over the top. That's it! After hanging out in the fridge for a few hours, they're ready to devour. You've never had chocolate covered strawberries like this.
