BITCOIN - FUTURE OF MONEY

BITCOIN - FUTURE OF MONEY  What is Bitcoin? Bitcoin is a consensus network that enables a new payment system and a completely digital money. It is the first decentralized peer-to-peer payment network that is powered by its users with no central authority or middlemen. From a user perspective, Bitcoin is pretty much like cash for the Internet. Bitcoin can also be seen as the most prominent triple entry bookkeeping system in existence. Who created Bitcoin? Bitcoin is the first implementation of a concept called "cryptocurrency", which was first described in 1998 by Wei Dai on the cypherpunks mailing list, suggesting the idea of a new form of money that uses cryptography to control its creation and transactions, rather than a central authority. The first Bitcoin specification and proof of concept was published in 2009 in a cryptography mailing list by Satoshi Nakamoto. Satoshi left the project in late 2010 without revealing much about himself. The community has since grown exponentially with many developers working on Bitcoin. Satoshi's anonymity often raised unjustified concerns, many of which are linked to misunderstanding of the open-source nature of Bitcoin. The Bitcoin protocol and software are published openly and any developer around the world can review the code or make their own modified version of the Bitcoin software. Just like current developers, Satoshi's influence was limited to the changes he made being adopted by others and therefore he did not control Bitcoin. As such, the identity

What are Bitcoin Faucets and How to Earn Bitcoins

What Are Bitcoin faucets ? Bitcoin faucets, as the name suggests are like dripping faucets (taps)… but in this case, it is cryptocurrency units in place of water. Just as the leaking water takes some time to accumulate into a droplet before it drips, users have to wait for a certain duration before they could collect the accumulated coins. Bitcoin faucets were developed by Gavin Andresen in 2010 Why bitcoin faucets? Rewards are in place to attract visitors to the faucet’s webpage. These faucet sites usually contain advertisements. Bitcoin Changes The Future of Money Forever

30 Ways Bitcoin Changes The Future of             Money Forever Money may be digital all over the Western world, but it now has some real competition, and competition always helps the consumer. Bitcoin is not going to become the primary global currency, but it will force the rest of the world to catch up to what Bitcoin can do for every person who uses it. Bitcoin provides many unique features that the world is just starting to get a taste of, and will soon come to expect in all other currencies. Here’s a list of just 30 ways Bitcoin innovations are changing the way people will see, and use, money from now on. Peer-to-peer currency You don’t need a government to have money anymore. Bitcoin is a money of The People, for The People. It’s the money of you and me. There have always been local currencies, since people were trading eggs for milk. Now you can trade money digitally. No animals, printing presses, or interest rates needed. Massive information transfer capabilities Technically speaking, money is speech, according to the U.S. Supreme Court, and information. A bitcoin can send one thousand bits of information with secure encryption. Send pdfs, digital files, combinations, and more in complete security. Public transaction ledger The Block Chain represents the heart of the Bitcoin protocol and gives us a way to track all Bitcoin transactions. This ledger will be able to replace a lot of paper trails, lawyers, and other things we can start to phase out. We have the technology to do better record-keeping than ever before, and this is cutting-edge Capped bitcoin creation limit Bitcoin has been agreed upon to be held to a 21 million coin limit, to end production in the year 2140. In order to change this, the entire block chain would have to agree to change this value, a highly unlikely scenario. The benefit of an anti-inflationary limit is appreciation in Bitcoin value now, and forever. Since Bitcoin can be broken down to a Satoshi, 100 millionths of a bitcoin, ability to obtain bitcoin values on a broad, global scale is retained. Numerous modes of transfer Bitcoin can most easily be transferred online, yes, but it can be sent in many other ways. Your feature phone, not even a smartphone, can send it by SMS text message. You can send it from your paper wallet. It can be sent in Morse Code in “Burst”. And soon, you can send it via satellite to nodes in outer space. As long as you have two nodes with the block chain, Bitcoin survives. Anti-discrimination currency Bitcoin is a “dumb network”. This means it doesn’t care how much money you have, how old you are, what color you are, where you live, or how old you are. Are you a citizen of the country you are in right now? Bitcoin doesn’t care, and it doesn’t discriminate. If you have a wallet, you can use Bitcoin, anywhere, anytime, for anyone. It is truly technology for The People. Altcoins Bitcoin begets other amazing digital currency technologies, with amazing features that may be added to Bitcoin in the future. There may be a time when sending a Bitcoin may not be preferable, and another form of digital currency may be needed. Maybe someone wants even more security, faster transactions, or full coins to use. There is an altcoin to fit your needs. Borderless Bitcoin is a global digital currency, and a Bitcoin in Japan is the same as a Bitcoin in Sydney. It is not indigenous to one nation, and you should find plenty of people looking to buy your BTC in many of the countries you travel. Smart contracts We haven’t really gotten to this level of Bitcoin use yet, but a

THAILAND TRAVEL TIPS

THAILAND TRAVEL TIPS Thailand is the travel hub of Southeast Asia. Most people coming into the region fly into Bangkok and make that their base for doing the circuit around Southeast Asia. With its lush jungles, famed beaches, world-class diving, amazing food, friendly and cheap prices, Thailand is by far my favorite country in the world! I’ve been coming to the country since 2005, lived there for 2 years, and always seem pulled back to it. It’s an easy country to travel and you can meet a lot of other people there. You’re never alone!  The country is a well-worn destination on the backpacking trail and everything is convenient and easy. However, there are still many off the beaten path destinations aways from the crowds and the prices they bring. Overall, Thailand speaks for itself. When you hear its name, you already think about beaches, beauty, jungles, and food. And your thoughts are spot on. Typical Costs Accommodation – Thailand is very cheap, though the north is far cheaper than Bangkok and the southern islands. You can find cheap guesthouses for as little 300 THB per night in cities and 200 THB per night in the countryside, though in the big cities like Chiang Mai and Bangkok, rooms start at about 400 per night. On the islands or for a nicer room with air-conditioner, expect to pay 600 THB and up per night. Basic bungalows cost the same. Hotels start at around 1,350 THB per night and go up from there. Big resorts on the islands start at 1,700 THB per night for a bungalow on the beach. Dorm rooms, which are increasingly widespread throughout the country, range from 100-150 THB per night.Airbnb is also growing in Thailand and a good amount of cities have a nice selection. A shared room starts around 350 THB per night and renting a full apartment starts around 700 THB per night. Suk 11 Guesthouse (Bangkok), Chada Guesthouse (Bangkok), Julies (Chiang Mai), Kodchasri B&B (Chiang Mai), Pooh’s (Ko Lipe), Greenhouse (Khao Yai) are my favorite places to sleep in the country. Food – Food is really cheap in Thailand. Street food costs as little as 20 THB, though on average you’ll spend about 35-50 THB per meal if you want something really filling. If you stick to the local street food, you can eat for around 120-170 THB a day. Most western dishes (burgers, pizza, pasta, etc) cost between 170-340 THB, though they can be higher in the fancier western establishments. Since food is so cheap, there’s no point in grocery shopping unless you’re looking to get some pre-made salads or fruits. Visit each city guide for specific food recommendations in each place! Transportation – Like everything in Thailand, transportation is also cheap. Local buses cost as little as 8 THB per trip, the Metro and Skytrain in Bangkok cost 15-50 THB per trip and metered taxi rides are usually 60-100 THB each. Tuk-tuks are un-metered and generally more expensive, costing 100-235 THB per ride.  Motorbike taxis (in orange vests) are available all over the country with short trips costing about 35 THB (you need to negotiate the price). Train service around the country is cheap – day trains cost as little as 50 THB. Night trains start at 575 THB for second-class without air-conditioning. Boats to/from the islands cost between 250-475 THB. (Note: It’s often better to get a bus/boat package then pay for them separately.) Coach buses are a great way to get around the country. For example, a bus ride from Bangkok to Chiang Mai costs 550-700 THB and a bus ride from Bangkok to Phuket costs 500-1,000 THB. Activities – Day tours cost 500-1,200 THB depending on the activity. Jungle trekking costs 1,000-1,685 THB per day. Keep in mind, you have more bargaining power if you go with a group. Most parks and national museums cost between 50-100 THB to get into (as a non-Thai, you’ll always pay a higher rate). A PADI dive certification course (very popular in Thailand) costs around 10,000 THB (but often includes accommodation). Suggested daily budget – 900-1080 THB / 25-30 USD (Note: This is a suggested budget assuming you’re staying in a hostel, eating out a little, cooking most of your meals, and using local transportation. Using the budget tips below, you can always lower this number. However, if you stay in fancier accommodation or eat out more often, expect this to be higher!) THAILAND TRAVEL TIPS

5 Creepy Unsolved Internet Mysteries

5 Creepy Unsolved Internet Mysteries That Still Freak Me Out     1. The Plague Doctor Video Consisting of a person dressed in a plague doctor mask performing a series of odd activities in a dilapidated building, this video — which is titled “01101101 01110101 01100101 01110010 01110100 01100101,” or “Muerte” (“death” in Spanish) when translated from binary to text — was the Internet's favorite obsession back around Halloween. And you guys? It's weird. Really, really weird, and also kind of threatening. No one really knows what it means yet (if anything), but a growing crowd of people are determined to get to the bottom of the mystery. Technology and science news site Gadgetzz posted on Oct. 12 that they had been mailed this strange and unsettling video as a DVD. But although they only recently brought it to the Internet's attention, it has apparently been floating around for longer than that: After digging up the envelope it came in, Gadgetzz staff determined that the postmark was dated May 23, 2015; furthermore, the earliest known online appearance of it thus far is May 9, 2015, at which point it popped up both on 4chan's paranormal board and YouTube. Both the 4chan and YouTube posters, however, maintain that they did not create the video. There is, of course, a thread on the r/creepy subreddit devoted to figuring out exactly what's going on here; also unexpectedly, there's a ton of weird stuff in it, some of which might be interpreted as threatening: Morse code messages reading things like “RED LIPSLIFE TENTH” and “2015THEREWILLBE(THREE)”; a list of chess moves; disturbing images depicting violence against women; the coordinates of the White House; and more. Like I said: Weird and threatening.  Is it just a hoax? A game? A viral marketing campaign? Who knows. But whatever it is, it's certainly mysterious. 2. Cicada 3301 Given my admittedly bizarre fascination with the strange and unusual, it's

WHY YOU SHOULD TRAVEL TO THE ... by Iggy

WHY YOU SHOULD TRAVEL TO THE PHILIPPINES   Visiting the Philippines is big fun. Perfect beaches. Friendly locals. Beautiful nature. Plus, it's a cheap country to travel, you'll get a great value for your money. THE PEOPLE The hospitality of Filipinos is incomparable to the rest of the world.   In my experience, from all the Asians I have met, Filipinos are the most kind and friendly people, extremely welcoming and curious, but also respectful. They always seem happy and smiling, and they love to sing and to dance whenever there is an occasion to celebrate.      I don't feel like a walking wallet in the Philippines and getting in touch with locals and becoming friends with them is much easier over there than in other countries.   If I look in my Facebook, I think by now I have more friends from Philippines than from my own country. I'm still in touch with many Filipinos I met during my trips, many of them I met again or even traveled together. They turned out as faithful, kind and caring friends. To sum it up, I love them!      PARADISE BEACHES AND ISLANDS Philippines is one of the largest island groups in the world with 7,107 islands. Philippines islands and beaches are ... Heaven. Paradise.   The queen of all the beaches is probably White Beach in Boracay, constantly rated as one of the Top 10 beaches of the world. I wouldn't say it's the best one, but certainly the most famous one.   If you are into white sandy beaches and turquoise crystal-clear waters, you're in the right country. Philippines is made up of 7,107 islands. It's not hard to find your dream beach or a pristine island over there and having it all for yourself...

Phuket in Thailand

Phuket in Thailand The name Phuket is derived from the Malay word “Bukit” (meaning hill); true to the name, lush, green hills dominate much of the island’s interior. There are still some rubber plantations and relics of the island’s tin mining operations remaining. Most folks head west to the beaches; Phuket’s are some of the best in Thailand. The best way to see the island is by taking an (albeit utterly hair-raising) drive around the cliff roads, a totally touristy “elephant safari” into the jungle, or opt for an unforgettable sea kayak tour with John Gray, whose guided trips visit incredible offshore caves and limestone hong

12 UNUSUAL PLACES TO VISIT

12 UNUSUAL PLACES TO VISIT 1. Spotted Lake, British Columbia, Canada Spotted Lake has long been revered by the native Okanagan (Syilx) people and it’s easy to see why they think of it as sacred. In the summer the water of the lake evaporates and small mineral pools are left behind, each one different in colour to the next. The unique lake can be viewed on Highway 3, northwest of the small town of Osoyoos, although visitors are asked not to trespass on tribal land. 2. The Giant’s Causeway, Northern Ireland Sixty million years ago a huge volcanic eruption spewed out a mass of molten basalt, which then solidified and contracted as it cooled, creating the cracks that can be seen today. There are an estimated 37,000 polygon columns at this World Heritage Site, so geometrically perfect that local legend has it they were created by a giant. 3. Thor’s Well, Oregon, USA In rough conditions at Thor’s Well, also known as Spouting Horn, the surf rushes into the gaping sinkhole and then shoots upwards with great force. It can be viewed by taking the Captain Cook Trail from the Cape Perpetua Scenic Area visitor centre, but for your own safety stay well back, especially at high tide or during winter storms. 4. Pamukkale, Turkey A remarkable UNESCO World Heritage Site in southwest Turkey, a visit to Pamukkale(Cotton Palace) also takes in the ancient ruins of Hierapolis, the once great city that was built around it. Water cascades from natural springs and down the white travertine terraces and forms stunning thermal pools perfect for a quick dip.

10 Mysterious Places...byIggy

10 Mysterious Places Around The World  Earth never stops surprising us. Every corner of the planet offers some sort of natural peculiarity with an explanation that makes us wish we'd studied harder in junior high Earth science class. Some of these sites are challenging to get to; others are busy tourist destinations. They keep natural scientists searching for answers and the rest of us astounded by the secrets and mysteries the world continues to reveal. Blood Falls, Antarctica Most people won't see Blood Falls in person, but even in photographs, the sight is arresting: a blood-red waterfall staining the snow-white face of Taylor Glacier. Glaciologists and microbiologists have sought to determine what causes the mysterious red flow. They've concluded that the source is a subterranean lake rich in the iron that gives the water its red hue. Stranger still, recent research has revealed microorganisms living 1,300 feet beneath the ice, sustained by the iron and sulfur in the water. Magnetic Hill, Moncton, New Brunswick What could possibly cause an automobile to roll backward uphill without power? A magnetic force from within the Earth? Something even more fantastic? Since the 1930s, when the phenomenon of Magnetic Hill was discovered (and almost immediately promoted as a tourist attraction), people have been trying to figure out its riddle. Surtsey, Iceland   When people try to convince you there's nothing new under the sun, direct them to the Icelandic island of Surtsey. Before 1963, it didn't exist. Then, an underwater volcano in the

ABOUT LABYRINTHS

LABYRINTHS Introduction to its History, Meaning and Use Labyrinths are ancient patterns found all over the world. They are of many types sharing a single overall design. Their origin is as mysterious and their uses are as varied as their patterns are. All labyrinths are a kind of game, but that does not negate their seriousness. According to Hindu lore, the universe itself is a game, a lila, that the gods play. Walking a labyrinth is following in the steps of Shiva Nataraja, the Divine Transformer who is Lord of the Dance. What Is a Labyrinth? A labyrinth is a complex and circuitous path that leads from a beginning point to a center. There are two primary varieties: a Maze, with repeatedly dividing paths, forcing the traveler to choose among options, some of which may be dead ends, while others double back on themselves, so that the traveler has no assurance of ever reaching the goal and is constantly faced with decisions and frustrations, but also may experience the relief and surprise of having made the right choices leading to the goal; or a Meander, with a single, undivided path and no choices to make other than traveling onward through the winding pattern to an assured goal. The meandering pattern may tease the traveler by leading now inward, then suddenly outward, but eventually it arrives surely at the goal. Of meandering labyrinths, the two best-known types are the

About Gothic Culture

About Gothic Culture  Goths don’t always wear black and don’t all listen to the same bands. They do not worship Satan and aren’t members of a cult. Goths can be found around the globe and come from many different backgrounds and ethnicities. The Goth culture is very big in Japan and Germany. Put simply, a Goth is someone who finds beauty in things others consider dark. They love all that is dark and mysterious. That doesn't mean Goths are evil, it just means they have a different perspective to many. And it also doesn't mean Goths are unkind, violent or lacking in humour, in fact quite the opposite is true. Goths love to laugh but their humour is more of the black comedy sort. They aren't sad because they like dark things - dark things make them happy and inspire them. Goths are often intelligent, romantic and artistic realists. Being Goth is not about how one dresses. Most of what you can find written about Goth is that it was something that was born out of the Punk movement in the late 70’s and that most Goths wear black. I disagree. Goth isn’t something that was created in the 70’s because it always was. Like every group, what one likes and does changes from individual to individual. Having said that, Goths all have one thing in common…that they find beauty in what others consider dark. For example, I have always found dead trees beautiful and instead of having crushes on the good guys in films I tended towards the dark characters that seemed powerful, had deep booming

Northern Lights by Iggy

Northern Lights or Aurora borealis   he Northern Lights are one of nature's great displays, a free, multicoloured light show that is most commonly seen in the Arctic regions. Every performance is different, a beautiful, shifting dance of nocturnal rainbows that many viewers find a humbling and spiritually uplifting experience. In recent years, trying to see this elusive and ethereal sight has become a prime reason to fly north for an adventurous winter break, despite the often high costs and the cold, dark and challenging environment in which it occurs.   The mesmeric lights are formed from fast-moving, electrically charged particles that emanate from the sun. These are driven towards the Poles by the Earth’s magnetic field and their varying colours are a result of the different gases in the upper atmosphere. In the northern hemisphere they are known as the aurora borealis and hang above the planet in an oval-shaped halo. The lights also have their southern counterpart above Antarctica, the aurora australis, but the principal audience for this is penguins. WHAT ARE NORTHERN LIGHTS? The bright dancing lights of the aurora are actually collisions between electrically charged particles from the sun that enter the earth's atmosphere. The lights are seen above the magnetic poles of the northern and southern hemispheres. They are known as 'Aurora borealis' in the north and 'Aurora australis' in the south..  Auroral displays appear in many colours although pale green and pink are the most common. Shades of red, yellow, green, blue, and violet have been reported. The lights appear in many forms from patches or scattered clouds of light to streamers, arcs, rippling curtains or shooting rays that light up the sky with an eerie glow. WHAT CAUSES THE NORTHERN LIGHTS? The Northern Lights are actually the result of collisions between gaseous particles in the Earth's atmosphere with charged particles released from the sun's atmosphere. Variations in colour are due to the type of gas particles that are colliding. The most common auroral color, a pale yellowish-green, is produced by oxygen molecules located about 60 miles above the earth. Rare, all-red auroras are produced by high-altitude oxygen, at heights of up to 200 miles. Nitrogen produces blue or pu

Subliminal Messages Manipulation

Subliminal Messages Manipulation  Subliminal perception is a deliberate process created by communication technicians, whereby you receive and respond to information and instructions without being aware of it. Messages in the form of printed words, pictures or voices presented either very rapidly or very obscurely bypass your conscious awareness. Anything consciously perceived can be evaluated, criticized, discussed, argued, and possibly rejected. Anything programmed subliminally to your subconsciousness meets no resistance. This subliminal information is stored in your brain and capable of influencing your judgment, behavior and attitudes. The use of subliminal techniques in print communication media has been going on in the United States at least since the World War I period. F or example, Norman Rockwell's first cover on The Saturday Evening Post during 1917 incorporated embedded words SEX. Whenever an embedded word or picture accidentally became consciously visible, the readers would pass it off as a joke, an accident, or a product of their imaginations. Serious commercial experiments with subliminal messaging were conducted in the mid 50-s. On June 22, 1956, the British Broadcasting Corporation experimented with projecting subliminal images on television. Pictures were flashed on the screen too quickly to be seen consciously, but they did make an impression on the subconscious. The BBC experiment was followed by experiments by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Mexico's Televisa commercial TV and radio network, US TV station WTWO in Bangor and many more. Experiments were not limited to television. In 1958, radio station WAAF in Chicago broadcast "subaudible" commercials. Seattle's KOL broadcast hardly audible taped messages "below" the music played by its disc jockeys. "How about a cup of coffee?" was one, and "Someone's at the door" was another. On December 8, 1972, The New York Times reported that In-Flight Motion Pictures, Inc. would begin selling subliminal commercials embedded in the movies they would distribute to all the major airlines. Supermarkets across the country reported reducing shoplifting by an average of 30-50% by broadcasting subliminal messages such as "I will not steal" and "We are watching you". Stimutech, Inc. of East Lansing, Michigan markets a computer video system that flashes subliminal messages on your television while you watch the regular programming. Subliminal messages are prepared by teams of psychologists who use Freudian ideas to change the thinking patterns and behavior of the viewer. The most known experiment with subliminal messaging was conducted by a marketing researcher and psychologist James Vicary in 1957 during the presentation of the movie Picnic. Every 5 seconds the words "Hungry? Eat popcorn. Drink Coca Cola" were projected for 0.003 seconds. That is extremely fast. What you see in the picture on the left, for example, flashes for 0.04 seconds. Sales of popcorn and Coke in that New Jersey theater increased 57.8 percent and 18.1 percent respectively. Numerous scientific researches following these experiments confirmed beyond any doubt that subliminal messaging works. When advertising industry and government agencies understood the potential of subliminal messaging they started investing millions in developing and perfecting of subliminal techniques, that can be used not only in marketing, but also in propaganda and mind control. In 1962 Vicary suddenly confessed that he fabricated the results of his experiment... Why would someone discredit himself in such a way and lose his dignity and credibility? Apparently he was paid to make this announcement.  As the saying goes:

What is HIKIKOMORI

HIKIKOMORI A Disease Without a Diagnosis Nearly 700,000 young Japanese people are missing. They have seemed to drop from the face of the earth. They do not work, they do not engage socially, and they are gone for years at a time. These tend to be largely young men between the age of 15 to 34. These young people will suddenly drop out of school, college, or a promising career, in some cases, never to be heard from again. xpatnation.com/ Sounds like a big problem, right? You are probably thinking, “Why haven’t I heard of this before?” Well, you might have. But it goes by a different name. This disappearance is often known by the Japanese term “hikikomori” or “shut-in.” These youths didn’t really disappear, they have just locked themselves away in their rooms. Oldboy is one of the best international movies I have seen. In the movie, an average office worker is locked up in a small apartment for nearly 20 years and is suddenly let loose in the world. He has mostly gone insane, and mad with revenge. This idea of the effects of social isolation has always intrigued me. Another movie to come out recently with this same subject was 2015’s Room where a woman and her son are held in a shack for over 10 years. But in Western movies, this type of isolation is always inflicted by some outside force. Humans are naturally social creatures, so it is nearly impossible for us to imagine someone willfully cutting themselves off from society. While I am sure it does happen occasionally, The Catcher in the Rye author J. D. Salinger for example, it is rather uncommon. Nonetheless, if you ask any Japanese person about hikikomori, most will tell you that they either know someone who suffered from it directly, or that they know someone who knows someone. Why is hikikomori such a big problem in Japan, specifically? And how could hikikomori lead Japan to a disastrous future? What are the true costs of hikikomori that no one is talking about? A Disease Without a Diagnosis Sun Tzu in his works counseled readers to know their enemies if they wanted to defeat them. This leads us to one of the most maddeningly difficult parts when discussing hikikomori, no one really knows what it is. Hikikomori is not a diagnosis, just the name of a social problem. One of the areas that Japan really lags when compared to many Western countries is psychology. Mental health is considered a rather taboo subject. Many Japanese people have a real hesitance with discussing their problems with others. I had a friend who seemed to be struggling with depression. I told this person to talk to a doctor, and this person vehemently refused. I discussed the topic with this person’s parents, and they seemed angry at me for even suggesting such a thing. I tried explaining that depression is a common problem and that there is no shame in it. Even Mother Teresa suffered from bouts of sometimes crippling depression. Despite that, they had the attitude that this friend just had to “gamann suru

SAVE THE CHILDREN by Iggy

SAVE THE CHILDREN... African children needs help !   Innocent children, women and elderly people – who cannot protect themselves – were massacred. Village after village has been burned to the ground. And three young girls were sent to their deaths with explosives strapped to their bodies in so-called suicide bombings that killed scores of civilians. Over the past week I hope you saw these news reports from northern Nigeria. And I hope you did not flip or click away to the next article – horrified, yes, but hoping these were only isolated incidents happening in some difficult-to-reach place in some other African country. For these are not random acts of brutality. The violence in northern Nigeria is constant. Attacks that leave hundreds dead and wounded are a near-daily occurrence. It’s been happening in Borno state for months. In November another child was sent into the morning assembly at a school on a suicide mission, killing 48 pupils. In February an attack on a college killed 45 pupils, some as young as 13. And let us never forget the many kidnapped schoolgirls who have not been brought back to their families. The perpetrators of these attacks show no signs of stopping as they increasingly target innocent children – and education. Since 2013, 338 schools have been destroyed, and nearly 200 teachers and more than 300 pupils have been killed in Yobe, Adamawa and Borno. The persistent threat of violence has disrupted the education of hundreds of thousands of students.. And the unrelenting violence has traumatised thousands of children who have been witness to, and victims of, these horrors in the region. The escalating violence is terrible for the children and all the defenceless victims in northern Nigeria. The violence has displaced nearly 900 000 men, women and children. More children are at risk of malnutrition. Food security concerns are on the rise. Conflict can also cause gaps in immunisation coverage, increasing the risk of disease. Nigeria’s future helps to set the future of Africa, and what affects Nigeria also affects neighbouring countries. Already, people fleeing the violence in northern Nigeria are streaming into neighbouring Cameroon, Chad and Niger – reportedly more than 75 000 refugees so far. The horror of what has been happening for some time now in northern Nigeria cannot go on. It’s a start if we refuse to turn the page on these atrocities. But it is not enough. Words of outrage, such as this opinion piece, are not enough. Only action is enough: action by those inside and outside Nigeria with the power and the influence to stop the violence. The dimensions of the horror must be matched by the dimensions of the action taken to end the suffering. And all of us must demand an end to the deliberate targeting of children in violent conflicts. Everywhere. For it is not only in northern Nigeria where children are increasingly under attack by armed groups and forces. And it is not, of course, only in Africa where children are bombed in their beds, forced to flee their homes, deprived of an education, recruited as soldiers or married off as wives while still children. In Syria, in Iraq, in Afghanistan and Pakistan; in the Central African Republic, in South Sudan, in Yemen; in Gaza and in Ukraine, 2014 was the worst year in recent memory for children, some 15-million of whom currently live in countries embroiled in major conflicts. As many as 230-million children around the world live in countries affected by conflict. Atrocities committed against the innocent by adults waging war may be increasingly common, but they must never become a commonplace. For the sake of the children, for the sake of our shared world and for the sake of our humanity, people of conscience must never accept this brutality as a “new normal”. Otherwise, we doom ourselves to ushering in another “worst year” for children in 2015 – and we condemn those children to suffering through it.     West African children rescued from slavery – in pictures Thousands of young people on the west coast of Africa are sold by their families to human traffickers and promised a better life. This often turns out to be a life of slavery, in which they are exploited and abused. In Togo and Benin some children have been rescued, and are being helped to rebuild their lives

INTERNET FRAUDS by Iggy

INTERNET FRAUDS   E-mail Scams that you should be know about Beyond just basic email scams, there are other methods that scammers use to defraud people of their money through the Internet. Today, I would like to examine five additional Internet scams that are very commonplace, but unfortunately not quite as many people are aware of them. These are scams that trip up the most people every year and lead to a substantial financial loss. Take the time to read through and understand these scams so that you never find yourself a victim of them.   Nigerian Scams Revisited I remember watching a documentary a few years ago that detailed how scammers, usually located in third world countries, set up computer clusters connected to the Internet and send out thousands of Nigerian scam emails every day. The name of the scam comes from the original form of this scam, which consisted of emails outlining a situation in Nigeria that required a massive transfer of money from that country into the United States for safety. For assisting with the money transfer, the recipient of the email is promised a percentage of the transfer amount, usually totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars to a few million. Once this came became widely known, it immediately evolved and continues to evolve even today. It now takes a very wide variety of forms including the elderly sick person looking to transfer their entire estate into your bank account. Then there is one of my personal favorites, the young woman in danger who is seeking a savior to help her – and of course she has a very large sum of money to offer as a reward. Here is an email from “Miss Diana” of West Africa, who has a DC worth $5.9 million, and is seeking to escape her country and live in the United States.

CONSPIRACY THEORIES BLOG

CONSPIRACY THEORIES BLOG "In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act." Are the crew members of 1986 Space Shuttle Challenger still alive? Friends, wrap your head with duct tape (to prevent it from exploding). It’s Down-the-Rabbit-Hole time! If you’re age 40 years or older, you’d probably remember January 28, 1986. That was day of the Challenger disaster, when the NASA Space Shuttle orbiter Challenger broke apart 73 seconds into its flight over the Atlantic Ocean, off the coast of Cape Canaveral, Florida at 11:38 EST. All seven crew members were killed, including five NASA astronauts and two payload specialists. Millions of Americans (17% of the total population) watched the launch live on TV because of Payload Specialist Christa McAuliffe, the first teacher in space. Media coverage of the explosion was extensive: one study reported that 85% of Americans surveyed had heard the news within an hour of the accident. We were told that Challenger disintegrated because of a malfunctioning O-ring seal in its right solid rocket booster. The O-ring failure caused a breach in the SRB joint it sealed, allowing pressurized burning gas from within the solid rocket motor to reach the outside and impinge upon the adjacent SRB aft field joint attachment hardware and external fuel tank, leading to the structural failure of the external tank. Aerodynamic forces broke up the orbiter. The crew compartment and many other vehicle fragments were eventually recovered from the ocean floor after a lengthy search and recovery operation. The exact timing of the death of the crew is unknown; several crew members are known to have survived the initial breakup of the spacecraft. But the shuttle had no escape system, and the impact of the crew compartment with the ocean surface was too violent to be survivable. The disaster resulted in a 32-month hiatus in NASA’s shuttle program and the formation of the Rogers Commission, a special commission appointed by then President Ronald Reagan to investigate the accident. The commission found NASA’s organizational culture and decision-making processes had been key contributing factors to the accident.  These are the names of Challenger’s 7 crew members: Francis Richard Scobee, Commander Michael J. Smith, Pilot Ronald McNair, Mission Specialist Ellison Onizuka, Mission Specialist Judith Resnik, Mission Specialist Gregory Jarvis, Payload Specialist Christa McAuliffe, Payload Specialist What if someone were to tell you that most, if not all, of Challenger’s 7 crew members are still alive and thriving in their new professions, contrary to what we’ve been told? That is the contention of simonshack and other contributors on the chat forum, CluesForum.info. They claim 6 of the 7 Challenger crew members are still alive; some even kept their names. Here’s their evidence. (Note: CluesForum.info referenced a short article by Darrell Foss on Opob News, “Was the Challenger disaster a hoax?,” March 2015, as their first source.)

Best Conspiracy Theory Websites

Best Conspiracy Theory Websites Zerohedge is a conspiracy website commenting on politics mainly from a financial perspective and was established in 2009. It is controversial, conspiratorial, anti-establishment and pessimistic on the outlook of the economy, expecting a crash scenario. Many are doomsday preppers in anticipation of a crash. Commentators and viewers of Zerohedge tend to be strong libertarians, bordering on anarchic libertarians. What this means is that many of these are convinced that the whole system needs a crash and a reset in order to fix the inherently flawed monetary system. While this crash will be painful it is much better than the alternative of gradually getting poorer and poorer while the rich get richer. Zerohedgers are mainly advocates of sound currency and are against government intervention in the free market. They are more likely to have invested in gold and bitcoins and have cash on hand. They are advocates of small government, lower taxes and sound money. They also tend to see whites, Christians and males as being under-represented and trodden on in modern day America. These people allegedly no longer have a say in an oppressive political correctness regime due to false stereotypes. They are generally pro-trump and anti-immigration and want a return to historic American values and sound money. The site has gained prominence and readership in recent years with the destruction of classic American values and sound monetary policies, such as the devaluation of money through quantitative easing. Zerohedge is said to be run by a Bulgarian named Daniel Ivandjiiski,a former hedge fund analyst. All posts are signed off with the name “Tyler Durden”, a character from the movie fight club. Up to 40 people are reported to be allowed to publish under the pseudonym Tyler Durden on the site. The blog has been criticized from moving away from its core values, and now engages in profit generation as opposed to truth revelation. Ivandjiiski say is was always meant to generate a profit, justifying the increased click bait featured on the site. It has also been criticized for being such a strong supporter of Vladimir Putin, Russia, Trump and China and for being a needlessly strong opponent of Obama. Despite this, it gained in popularity for providing credible alternative views to taken for granted mainstream American media, and still does so today, albeit with a slant.   Infowars is probably the most popular conspiracy theory website in the West. It was established by right-wing talk show host, writer, filmmaker and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones. Not surprisingly, his website has been labeled as a fake news website by many mainstream commentators. Jones has been at the center of many controversies. He has been very outspoken in his views on gun control, the Sandy hook massacre, 9/11, the Iraq invasion and secret technology by NASA. He also touches on the New World Order (NWO) who are actively colluding to form a one world government with one set of rules and one currency. The main theme of infowars is anti-globalism. Globalism is domination of all sovereign

Here're the top 10 most mysterious secret societies that actually hold the key to everything in today’s world: Powerful because their members occupy virtually every seat of power: from the corridors of government to the boardrooms of Wall Street. Skull And Bones Founded in 1832 by Yale University students, Skull and Bones is surrounded by conspiracy theories; the most popular being that the CIA founders were members of this secret society and that they still control it. Cicada 3301 – the Top Secret Internet Mystery

Cicada 3301 – the Top Secret Internet Mystery Cicada 3301 is arguably the most mysterious of all Internet mysteries. It all started on January 5th, 2012 when an anonymous 4chan user posted this peculiar message on the random (/b/) board. It reads: “Hello. We are looking for highly intelligent individuals. To find them, we have devised a test. There is a message hidden in this image. Find it, and it will lead you on the road to finding us. We look forward to meeting the few that will make it all the way through. Good luck. 3301” Hidden in the image of the bug is a location to another puzzle, which leads to another puzzle, which leads to another… and so on. A similar message has popped up every year since 2012, usually around January 5th. What makes this different from the Markovian Parallax Denigrate, though, is the fact that this has been solved — in a sense. There’s a whole wiki community dedicated to the conundrum, in which people help each other solve the cryptic riddles. The solutions are extremely complex and very far afield, some located in actual physical locations dotted around the planet. This implies the Cicada 3301 challenge is run by someone (or something) with considerable influence and resources. But the really strange part of the Cicada 3301 mystery is that the very few who successfully solve all the puzzles simply vanish from the Internet. Even those who have been happy to document their journey every step of the way, when they get to

528 Hz – The Love Frequency !

528 Hz – The Love Frequency ! According to Dr. Leonard Horowitz, 528 Hertz is a frequency that is central to the “musical mathematical matrix of creation.” More than any sound previously discovered, the “LOVE frequency” resonates at the heart of everything. It connects your heart, your spiritual essence, to the spiraling reality of heaven and earth.
